“The bed was terrible; it had huge lump in the middle and indentions on both sides. The bedding had burn holes in it. The place smelled like dog piss. The room across from us had 3 dogs that been left in the room alone and whined and barked all the time. My husband talked to the staff about it and all she said was, "I'll see what I can do" over and over again. There were several cars parked in the lot with people just sitting in them. It felt very scary.”
