“The front staff gave us the wrong hours for the breakfast so that was disappointing. We missed it. The bathroom, grout and the shower needs to be cleaned. There was no water in the room however I would like to pay Sandra a huge compliment because she was in the kitchen cleaning up from after the breakfast and yet she still let us get some stuff and she’s very friendly very cordial. “Hand rail going up and down the stairs was missing. Making it very unsafe. Carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. When we arrived one of the beds looked like it had been sat on. Needless to say, we ended up leaving and not staying the night. Even though we had paid.”

“Very run down and smelly”

“We had a great room with a full kitchen. Never saw or spoke to a person. Contactless check in which was convenient. Parking right outside our room which was very convenient. Grocery store very close by, which was also super convenient. Only problem, and it is a big one, is that we got charged on our VISA twice. Hope it will not be a lot of work to get this resolved. Not really something I want to deal with on a holiday.”
