“On first impression upon arrival we loved it. Lots of free parking, lobby/bar/restaurant area and the pool/gym were very nice. What was not nice was the room... I felt like I was in a completely different hotel from what the 1st floor looked and felt like. Rooms are VERY outdated and not the cleanest. If anyone so much as has the thought of using the pullout couch.. DON'T!! Mold under the mattress if you even want to call it a mattress. I was there in May of 2026 for a week. In the hotel's...

“The stay was okay, and the staff was really nice and helpful. Janine and Vania were magnificent. The only downside was the breakfast — it basically didn’t exist, just coffee, even though the booking stated that breakfast was included. The room was clean.”

“The hotel was very clean and smelled soo fresh! We ended up staying at the pool for almost 4 hours because of the drinks (pineapple margaritaa yummm!!) and steel drummer playing! The view was great as well. ”

“The car service is not organized. There was a wedding at the hotel. Many amenities were shut down because of the wedding. For some reason staff members knew nothing about the closures. There was mold on the water coolers at the pool. There was a 5 foot drop from the beach to the ocean. How do they expect elderly guests to get to and from the water. ”
