“We were just there for one night. When we arrived, a car pulled up and asked our names, we said who we were and they replied that they did not know what time we were arriving. ( check in is 4 to 9, something like that). He said Expedia had sold our reservation to a third party, and there was no contact information.. “This is always our go to hotel for when we visit my family. However this time there were a few issues with cleanliness. There were makeup stains on our sheets and dead flies in the window. We will stay here again but hope to see an improvement in those areas ”

“L'hotel non è molto curato e si trova in una zona in cui non c'è praticamente quasi nulla da vedere. Scelto solo perché si trova a circa 1 ora e mezzo di macchina da Lake George. Personale sbrigativo e non molto cordiale. Non ho apprezzato per niente il fatto che ci siamo camere fumatori accanto a camere non fumatori, nei corridoi c'era sempre puzza di fumo, anche con le finestre aperte. Non c'è l'ascensore (anche se sono solo 3 piani...quando ci sono le valigie da portarsi dietro risulta...
