“The elevator was broken but the staff quickly changed us to a lower floor. The pool and hot tub were out of order. The staff was 100% great!!”

“The property is older and rustic(ish)/outdated, but they are trying to provide a lodge type experience. The staff (front desk & housekeeping) is great and friendly, the breakfast is good and consistent. The pool is nice and love that there’s the outdoor option for summer months. Overall a great stay and I keep coming back.”

“We stayed here based on reviews that it had been renovated and was nice, it was not. The room smelled musty and like cigarettes and dogs. There was no cord on the phone to call the desk, just an old phone with no cord. I walked to the front desk to ask for extra pillows and they said they don’t offer that and were very argumentative. The water in the bathtub didn’t drain right so you stand on dirty water. The room was very unclean on every surface and the air conditioner didn’t work well. It was...
