“Everything was new, clean, and easily accessible. The room was always a bit cool, possibly because of the high ceilings, which were at least very "cool" to look at. The one waste basket was hidden -- behind the toilet which was also in the corner. Small detail, but a cause of concern since we were piling up Kleenex and scrap paper by the tv until we finally saw it. “The staff was wonderful. I checked in around 10 and the front desk agent Patti was phenomenal. She was so helpful from the beginning. The property was well maintained even with the renovations they were doing. The room was clean and comfy and had the cutest little balcony. The entire experience was great! I will definitely stay here again and will recommend to friends and other travelers.”

“It gets the job done if you’re just wanting a place to crash that is cheap but it’s not the cleanest place and there is a foul odor when I first entered the room. Also there was garbage in the hall next to the ice machine.”

“This hotel was good for an overnight but had some quirks and the neighborhood feels sketchy. Our room smelled... odd. But I think it may have been a combination of the cleaning products used, and the building being old. There's a weird door entry situation where you have a door from the hallway to your room, but also from your room to the parking lot. It was odd and didn't feel super secure, but I was armed, so not too worried. Your room key does not open the door that goes to the parking...

“What I did not like was after calling the front desk about toilet paper, emptying the garbages and new towels. It wasn’t until I called again 2 hrs later that we received those items. Towels and garbages wasn’t a neccesity but the toilet paper was”
