Hotel vicino a Spring Ford Area Historical Society Museum - Philadelphia

“We stayed three nights and we were very comfortable and pleased with the room, breakfast and staff. We were greeted by a very friendly lady. Our room was clean, and updated. The breakfast was fresh, had a nice variety and delicious. There was ample parking on the property. No complaints. I would definitely stay here again for future visits.”

“The staff was excellent, attentive. I ask several different front desk personnel for "hot water" for tea, and they had to go to the back to get it. Every time I asked, each person, without hesitation, took a cup and got it for me. Laundry facilities excellent.”

“This hotel was located in between Philadelphia and Spring City, which were the two places we visited. The hotel is right behind a Starbucks which was a very nice surprise. We walked to the Chickie & Pete’s for dinner one night and that was delicious. There’s a Wawa close by so we were able to fill up our rental with no problems. There’s staff was nice and informative. The breakfast spread was good and delicious. It was nice to see refillable water bottle stations. And although we didn’t utilize...

“They had this awesome shampoo, conditioner, and lotion actually on the wall in the shower. I loved that. Lots of breakfast options and very friendly staff.”

“The rooms are nice and the area is peaceful and it's very convenient to all the things we wanted to do in the area.”

“When I called ahead was told pool would be open it was not, gym was not accessible, room was not ready till after 9pm we got our room at 9:45 pm unacceptable especially after traveling over 9 hrs. Floor our room was on spelt like someone died on it. Children running around knocking on doors after 1am went on for an hour. Asked to speak to Manager who conveniently was never there left multiple voicemails. I want to be compensated for the inconvenience that this hotel has caused us.”

“The pool was not what we considered heated. 72 degree was cold. Typical indoor pools are heated to 80-88 degrees. Swimming was not possible unless you want to do a polar plunge”

“The room was really nice. Only issue was the tub. The bottom of it looked as though someone dyed their hair and stained it. It also didn’t drain the best. ”

“Unfortunately- this ESA doesn’t put a priority on cleaning. Room was very dirty at check in, hallways were filthy. Unfortunate as this chain can and usually does better.”
