The desk staff was short and defended poor television remote control saying it wasn't hotels fault. Staff needs customer service and relationship training. I will not return or refer”

“Overall, the stay was disappointing except for the location. It may have been a decent place when it first opened, but it has clearly not been maintained at all. The bathroom fixtures were rusted, and the cleanliness was especially poor. There was dust and other people’s hair on the bed, so I requested a re-clean. “I think that I was grossly over charged for $600.99 for two nights. Looking at the other few guests, they did not pay more than $150.09 per night. The breakfast was a joke. A lovely old hotel but the staff was surely not fitting with the decor. Tattoos Hippy like attitude come on are the Communists taking over culture next to Musik Hall. Surely they have Good luck and good night.”
