Appartamenti a Spring Hill

“Travelers beware. Do not let these marketing pictures fool you. This complex must be some type of long term housing. Craters in the parking lot, front porch stoops covered in trash, automotive mechanical work going on out front and people smoking cigarettes out front with their dogs watching your every move, extremely unsettling. I had no idea the room was on the interior of the building, because emails were supposedly being sent to me I couldn't retrieve and after driving around in circles,...

“Property was exactly as described and checki-in/out process was a breeze. Host was very responsive in communication. Would definitely stay here again!”

“Electric stove heated up quickly when needed, helped keep things easy.”

“We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location (walkable to downtown Overland and local pool; peaceful tree-lined streets); the yard (squirrels and bunnies and fireflies); the unit (spacious; clean; well maintained; beds and bathrooms for everyone; great kitchen); and the hosts (responsive, helpful). On top of a perfect rental, everyone that we met in town and in the neighbourhood was just so friendly. 100% recommend!”

“host was very friendly! the patio was so perfect”

“We had a very pleasant stay. Condo was clean and was located in a great neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Perfect space and close to everything I needed to be close to in Overland Park.”

“Excellent host and response time was wonderful. The unit is spacious with a nice closet area off the bedroom. It is in a nice area, not far from many restaurants, convenience stores, and a mall. We really enjoyed the location and appreciate our host for his hospitality and assistance as needed.”

“Great for solo travelling. Close to everything.”

“The apartment, itself, was clean. The facility (hallways, stairs, elevator, entrance, etc.) could use a lot of work. Lights in the north stairwell need addressed,as well.”
