Welcome to “Sanibel Sunset” by Clearwater Beach Vacation Homes

Sanibel Sunset is a beautiful waterfront vacation home featuring a refreshing pool, 5 inviting bedrooms, and 3 modern bathrooms. Perfect for families or groups, this property offers stunning water views and a serene atmosphere for a memorable seaside retreat.

-Guest must be 25 years old to rent
-Guests will have full access to the home
- 5 bed (5th bedroom is on the smaller size and you have to walk though a bedroom to get to it), 3 bath
-Keyless entry
-7 min drive to Roger’s Park man made beach
-12 min drive Sun West park with
- 12 min drive to Pine Island open beach

-First Master Bedroom: king, bath
-Second Bedroom: bunk and attached to second master
-Second Master Bedroom: King with bath
-Fourth Bedroom: king
-Fifth Bedroom: Two fulls

Bathrooms
-Master Bathroom: shower
-Second master Bathroom: combination shower tub
-Third Bathroom: shower

Need to Know
-The home sleeps up to 12 comfortable, but no more than 10 adults.
-Renters between ages 18-25 must pay REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $1,000.
-Property is monitored by a ring doorbell facing the front yard, a camera west side of driveway facing the side of the home, and another ring camera on the left entrance facing the yard.
-After booking you must sign a contract and send a copy of your ID. YOU DO HAVE TO SEND IT WITHIN THE FIRST 24 HRS.
-Dogs are welcome with a $150 pet fee per pet

Essentials:
-Bed linens and bath towels are provided for guests use.
-Basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, and garbage bags are also provided to get you started with your stay.
-Kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, and kitchen ware.

Note: Pool heaters run from Nov 1-April 1 (if pool is not reaching 80 degrees earlier then Nov 1, then we will turn the heater on for your stay, otherwise if the temp is 80 or above we will keep it off. Pool heaters do not run 24 hours a day. Pool pumps run 8-12 hours a day and that is when the pool heaters work. Additionally, pool heaters may not reach temp if when temps drop into the 50s or lower.

Yearly fill the freezer trip

This VRBO was absolutely perfect—beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly relaxing. The house was spotless and well-appointed, with everything we needed for a great stay. But the true highlight was the backyard—an absolute oasis! Peaceful, private, and the ideal place to unwind after a long day on the water.We visit this part of Florida every year to fish, scallop, and catch blue crab with our favorite local captains, and this has been our favorite rental by far. The location was convenient, the vibe was laid-back, and we truly felt at home. We’re already hoping to book it again for next year!

Great house on a great spot

The house is gorgeous with plenty of room. There are 3 separate wings so you never need to hear or see the other people in you group perfect for a golf trip. Everything - appliances, fixtures, treatments - is new. Large screen TVs in each room so no fighting over the remote.

Great location

Property was large enough to handle our family of 7 adults and 6 kids. Location was great being on a canal with direct access access to the Gulf. On the way in we saw a large pod of dolphins which was quite an experience for our grand kids. Over all everyone had a fantastic time.

Quick Gulf Access and relaxing pool time

The home is large and accommodates a different age groups easily! Having two kitchens makes it simple when preparing meals and meeting the needs of early risers and late sleepers. Televisions were perfect and filled in the mid afternoon downtime. Parking was great and the covered carport even served as a place for simple tossing games for the little ones. Alan made sure there was a good supply of paper products. We really appreciated the simple spices and salt and pepper that were there when we arrived to use for cooking. This was a nice vacation with a comfortable and clean place for our family to enjoy water activities, boat and dock fishing, game playing and just simply being together! Thank you Alan for you support, reminders, and attentiveness!

Fantastic visit

My family and I visited this rental for our week of family vacation and it was fantastic! The rental was well taken care of, although some dirty dishes that didn’t seem to get cleaned. The pool was nice and clean and had pool toys for the kiddos, the sunsets were gorgeous every night that we were there too! A few of my family members enjoyed using the kayak to go fish and even fished off the dock! This rental is in such a great area too! Close to shopping, restaurants if you want to spend the money eating out everyday, and overall homey! The property manager kept in touch throughout the week and responded timely to any concerns or questions we had!

Nice house

We had an excellent time with booking and the customer service fantastic. We did not realize it was a duplex and the room set up was a different but we made it work for our needs. We had a couple minor problems with the septic backing up but the property manager got it fixed quickly. We loved the location for our fishing and scalloping needs. Pool was great dock is designed for smaller boats.

Girls getaway

We rented this house for a short girls trip with the kids. It was the perfect house for the 7 of us. Very clean and well mantained property. Great communication with the property manager who checked in to insure that we had everything we needed. Planning more visits to this property in the future.

Beautiful place

This place is updated and super clean, beds were comfortable, huge deep pool, you can see the sunset over the gulf while swimming in the pool, I have nothing but positive things to say about this place. They have all the dishes, utensils, cooking pots and pans, grill, towels, blankets, everything you could need. It has a great little dock if you want to rent a pontoon or jetski. Our kids fished off the dock and caught catfish. I noticed its for sale, and if we could afford it we would buy it.
