Ingresso privato, kayak privato, canoa e paddleboard, due mountain bike e tutti i comfort di casa. Esplora la bellezza naturale del Wachee fiume cristallino Weeki dal kayak, Paddleboard o in canoa dal vostro cortile e godere della brezza dal molo o cortile !! La casa offre un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto principale, un divano letto componibile nel soggiorno. 2 kayak individuali, un kayak in tandem, un paddleboard e 1 piccola canoa adatta per 1 adulto o due bambini sono inclusi nel vostro soggiorno per una facile pagaia al cristallino fiume Weeki Wachee, ristoranti e area ricreativa locale.
    Offriamo anche l'uso dei nostri kayak totalmente chiari a un costo aggiuntivo. Ci sono un sacco di ristoranti, negozi e attività ricreative e di intrattenimento a breve distanza in auto, tra cui il FAMOSO FAMOSO WEEKI WERMHEE SHERMHEE SHOW presso il Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, sede del Buccaneer Bay Waterpark! spiaggia di Pine Island è a 10 minuti di auto dove si può prendere il sole sulla sabbia o guardare un bel tramonto. Ci sono piste ciclabili nelle vicinanze. Le barche possono essere affittate a prezzi molto ragionevoli a soli 10 minuti a Hernando Beach per una giornata di pesca o scalloping di stagione! Un po 'più vicino è Rogers Park, una piccola spiaggia di sabbia sul fiume accompagnati da un ristorante lungofiume adiacente. O rimanere a casa e grill sul molo mentre si guarda il salto di pesce locale e vedere i lamantini nuotare. C'è la connessione WiFi, TV via cavo a schermo piatto, e giochi per il tuo in home entertainment. Gli ospiti si divideranno il dock, garage e lavanderia. The place itself was great! Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, plenty of kayaks and river supplies and overall such a cute little place. The only issue was the cleanliness. The dishes in the cabinets were dirty, the utensils in the drawers still had dried food stuck to them and the floors turned your feet black after a few steps.

Great access to the river

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved using the kayaks and being able to launch from the house. Very close by to everything you'd want to see. Easy check in, the unit had just what we needed, and communication was very responsive. And a lovely view!

Great Place Right On the Water

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and the 3rd time we have been to the area. We love it here! You cannot beat the access to the river, with kayaks included for this price. So so worth it!

Mermaid Paradise

This was our first trip to Weeki Wachee and the Mermaid Landing was the perfect accommodations. You really get a taste of Old Florida I especially love the creative force that went into the Mermaid Cove. The place was spotless and included everything you would need. Nice little river front getaway for a couple

The mermaid themed stay was very clean and as depicted in the listing. There is an upstairs house that was occupied by another couple. Lots of kayaking on the small river behind house. The nearby Italian restaurant is good too.

the day before check in, My reservations were "misplaced" & re routed to another property .the replaced location was much smaller unit from reserving a 1 bedroom (2) rooms, with eat in Kitchen switched to a one room Efficiency & out door bathroom, etc.

Just What We Needed

The house was so cute and cozy! It was very clean and fresh. We had everything we needed plus more. The property owners were so accommodating and nice! They responded to any messages within minutes And really made us feel welcome and comfortable. We cannot wait to come and stay again. It was the perfect getaway.

Perfect Retreat!

Lovely, quiet property on the canal with easy kayak access to the Weeki Wachee River! Full kitchen, roomy quarters, kayaks, paddles and life jackets included! Nice shaded deck on the canal, plus large screened in patio with a dining table and chairs - indoor or outdoor dining! Italian restaurant and gas station just down the street!

A wonderful time!!

We had a great time at Mermaids Landing! The accommodations were just as described, the space was cozy, and we loved the decor. The location is great, and we had some fun rides on the kayaks over beautiful scenery, we were entertained by jumping fish and fishing on the dock, wish there was lighting for nighttime activity. Teressa, the housekeeper, was very kind on the day of check-in. It was nice to have laundry and bikes available. We would definitely stay again, thank you!

Weekend Getaway

Nice little get away. Didn't realize it was a shared property when we booked but we got along well with the other guests and made some new friends. The ramp to the floating dock does need some anti-slip tape, I slipped and fell on my rear, quick reflexes avoided a possible injury. Overall a good experience!

Nice getaway

We stayed at this property for 2 nights and had a wonderful stay. Only 10min away from weeki watchee park. Plenty of kayaks available at the property and only a couple minutes paddle to crystal clear water. The kids had an awesome time swimming and paddeling around. House was very clean and enjoyed sitting outside. We stayed in the downstairs unit, only downfall was you can really hear people walking around upstairs.

Great place to stay!

We stayed 2 nights to come visit the mermaids! Everything was as described! It’s much better than an inexpensive hotel that leaves much to be desired. The house is directly on the water. 2 docks to fish off of, sit and drink coffee. Plenty of kayaks and bikes for everyone. We saw plenty of wildlife in the area. We even had a manatee cruise by Saturday morning! Overall a very relaxing place if you love to be on the water!

A Christmas 🎄 getaway

From the outside, one wouldn't know how adorable the lower level is. After we entered the code, the door unlocked, and we saw a lovely Mermaid getaway that was just perfect for our Christmas 🎄 getaway for the two of us. The only downside was the constant running of some pump in the laundry room, abd the 3rd evening, the family that stayed upstairs were a bit loud. Other than this, we kayaked, took short sightseeing jaunts, and dined at several local tasty restaurants. We will definitely come back! The neighborhood appears "sketchy" but the people were wonderful.

Amazing family vacation!!!

This was hands down the best trip! The place was beautiful and right on the river with a great deck to relax and unwind. We had our 19 month old and he was able to play safely in the porch and out front with the nice quiet road. The place had everything we needed and more it was an absolute dream i will say a smidge noisy when your on the first floor if someone upstairs has heavy footsteps but honestly everyone was super respectful and kept the noise very reasonable. My family will definitely be coming back! Also want to mention for kiddos there is so many fun parks so close by less then 10 minutes plenty of entertainment for babies and kids! If your thinking about coming here with your family JUST DO IT it’s absolutely worth it!!!!
