Unwind in this enchanting, newly updated cottage with private beach access! Just a near one-hundred feet away from the shimmering shores of Lake Michigan, this delightful home invites you to spend your days swimming, sunbathing, and enjoying precious family moments. Nestled along the picturesque North Shore of Spring Lake, this charming getaway is only five miles from vibrant downtown Grand Haven. Picture yourself savoring delicious meals on the large patio, or soaking in breathtaking sunsets from the private primary suite balcony.

On the main floor, you ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a convenient laundry room, updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and welcoming living room with TV and fireplace. For sleeping accommodation, the first floor also offers a queen bedroom with TV, and a full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Venture upstairs to discover two more delightful bedrooms; one with two twin beds and a queen bedroom with a private balcony offering spectacular views of Lake Michigan. The location is absolutely perfect!! Beach access very close by. The property itself is fine. You definitely can tell it’s a rental. It’s in need of some TLC. Would have been nice if the deck had usable chairs. The garden hose broke while we were there and no response to the maintenance request (used for cleaning off sand before entering the house). With that being said, we will keep this on the list for a potential re-visit!
