The Space:

Escape to The Viewhouse, a breathtaking three-level lakeside retreat where sweeping Lake Michigan views meet thoughtful design and comfort. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and a powder room, this home sleeps up to 9 guests—perfect for families or groups seeking a peaceful getaway. Step out to the private community beach just a short stroll away, or dine al fresco on the expansive balcony nestled in the treetops, complete with a grill and outdoor seating. Vaulted ceilings and wall-to-wall windows fill every room with natural light, creating a bright, airy atmosphere throughout.



The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen that flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas, anchored by a cozy fireplace and entertainment-ready TV. A quiet office nook makes it easy to catch up on work, while the king bedroom with ensuite provides a private retreat. The three-seasons porch invites you to relax with morning coffee or evening cocktails while taking in the treetop views.



Upstairs, a queen-over-queen bunk bedroom shares a Jack-and-Jill bath with a second queen bedroom, while the lower level offers another queen-over-queen bunk room and a full bath with walk-in shower—perfect for larger groups or flexible sleeping arrangements. This house was amazing. It was plenty big for our family of 8. We spent most of our time on the spacious deck where views of Lake Michigan, sunsets, deer and chipmunks were plentiful. The neighbor was very nice and shared best beaches and places to eat with us. Check-in and out were so easy. We will definitely stay again if we are ever in the area again.
