“This place is a little escape into paradise. Rooms are gorgeous, staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The town of Spring Lake is beautiful as well and so close to the beach.”

“Do NOT stay here. There was dried blood and stains in the pillows and bedding, and small hairs and stains on the towels. Everything was just a bit dirty- the drawers had dirt and grime, the lamp had black stuff on the bottom, and the shower was stained. The night clerk lectured me about checking in late even though I called before and was told no problem. ”

“I checked in after waiting ten minutes for someone to come to the front desk after calling them repeatedly. I brought my suitcase to the room.Changed real quick and went to visit a friend for dinner and came back to the room at 945. The bathroom was horrendous a hole in the ceiling over the rusty shower and a piece of spacle tape, two foot long hanging from the ceiling. The wifi did not work. You could not access an electrical plug to charge a phone. There were no wash clothes, only two...

“Lovely Victorian home with beautiful amenities, friendly staff and delicious home breakfasts. Care is put into every detail. Location is excellent, close to beach and town. Boardwalk is couple of blocks away and takes you straight into Asbury Park. A beautiful, beautiful escape.”

“Liz, Ashley and the entire staff at The Inn were excellent and made us feel so comfortable and welcome! Breakfast was delicious and we could have asked for a better stay. Upon waking up to a plumbing issue, Ashley and her staff were right on it and even moved us to a suite to complete our stay. We will definitely be staying here again and this Inn and the Marilyn, their sister property, will always be our first choice!”

“We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean and fresh. We loved being across the street from the beach. The only concern was there is limited parking unless you want to pay across the street. It did not deter us because we walked everywhere and weren't going sightseeing nearby.”

“Everything was fantastic! We love coming here. However, this time around the service was very slow and we had to keep reminding the staff that we ordered. Also, we had to send drinks back multiple times because they didn’t taste right or were flat out wrong. Other than that this place is incredible and we will continue to stay here.”

“I am not a mean spirited person nor am I fussy. But I travel all the time and I grew up in Ocean Grove and my night at The Quaker Inn off season even was not good. For $300 my friend and I got a tiny room with two single beds, no view. When I asked for an upgrade, I got a lame excuse even though the place was empty. There was no hot water for the morning shower; no nice amenities like good soap or shampoos. Thin towels, a cheap blanket. No breakfast. One of those terrible capsule coffee...
