“The property has gone through a full renovation. Clean room, clean bathroom with excellent shower head and pressure. Location is good for Sussex County. Although, along a U.S. Hwy, it was quiet. And, I had a room closest to the highway, although well set back.”

“The only redeeming quality of this property is the proximity to East Stroudsburg University (the only reason I was in the area), and that it has a bar. The bartender was the absolute most personable guy! Otherwise, the property is very run down. No accessible outlets near the bed. Remnants of something liquid dripping down the wall in one area of my room. Moulding in bathroom had actual mold. An actual gap between the door frame and the door with one of the locks removed.
