The property is excellent. Very clean, everything works well. A lot of room. Very comfortable. Communication with the owner could be better. He has more than one property, so, when you talk to him, be clear about what property you want to rent.

I have never experienced a worse hotel stay. Especially the restaurant/bar and server named Ren. She was rude, not only to myself but numerous other patrons. There also were elevator issues as well as issues that went unresolved. People staying there are using patients or visitors of the Mayo Clinic ...
