“It's a renovated historical building but still has the original character and charm, which I really liked. Super easy check-in/out process, very clean. Owner is very communicative & organized. “From checkin, 6.20 till checkout, 6.22, the front desk, staffing, and vleaning crew were very friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. The hotel is positioned perfectly close to restaurants, expressways, shopping, and things to do. “I actually didn’t stay at the hotel because when we arrived to check in, the hotel had no record of the reservation we made through Expedia. The hotel staff were most accommodating and helpful but there was nothing they could do as they were full up due to a wedding. We ended up at a nearby Marriott and got a full refund from Expedia. ”

"The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients up! before calling (please note: European mobile phones charge a lot for a call in the States!) So, do not choose this hotel for the transfer, bad service "

"The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes! "
