Experience the calm and quiet of this lakefront property, surrounded by nature and welcoming wildlife. Kayak or fish yards from the back deck where you'll want to spend hours listening to the sounds of nature and recharging your soul. Less than 1 mile from War Eagle Marina. A liability waiver will need to be signed for this property. Waiver can be reviewed and signed at betterr2.com.
The driveway down to the property is steep, but quite safe. Try to arrive before dark the first night, so you can see it.

Birthday getaway
The property was as advertised. Excellent location with all of the perks (kayaking, indoor/outdoor games, beautiful back porch) and the host provided everything we needed and more! We will be going back!

Another great stay!
It was our second time to stay here and just as great the 2nd time. 3 of my favorite things about the stay: 1.the hominess of the house, 2. sitting out on the covered patio looking out a the beautiful scenery and 3 the comfy beds! Everything about this place is comfortable and feels like a home away from home. Highly recommend staying here.

Stress Relief on the lake!
Everything about this rental was perfect! The house, the grounds, the amenities. There was nothing that we needed, everything was sticked! The lake level was down, but we easily walked down to it. We spent endless time relaxing on the deck. For us, this place was amazing! Thank you for allowing us to stay!

Serenity Cove
We had a wonderful time here! The place was so peaceful and quiet!! It was super hot and humid so we didn’t get to spend as much time on the spacious deck like we wanted but that’s ok. Home had everything and then some of what we needed. Stocked the fridges with water which was awesome. We really felt at home here and didn’t want to leave. We didn’t do much swimming down by the lake, but you definitely could if you wanted to. Very cozy and clean which is what I look for in reviews. I would definitely like to stay here again if given the opportunity. No issues whatsoever!! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Absolutely PERFECT stay!
We LOVED our stay here. My husband and I took my parents to Arkansas to visit our daughter at UArk. This house has everything! Beautiful view of the lake, perfect big open porch with lots of seating and comfy chairs, an outdoor fridge for evening toddies, very comfy beds with good quality sheets, a kitchen stocked better than my own home :). The house was super clean, well organized and had everything we needed and more. The host had corn to feed the deer, fishing poles and tackle, kayaks, life vests, outdoor games, and waters for us. This host goes above and beyond. We felt right at home and didn’t want to leave. We will definitely be back!

Summer Vacation
The house and property were just perfect for our family! Everything was very clean and well taken care of. Kenny was very nice and helpful, the first night we were there a storm came through and we lost power for about 4 hours. The next morning he stopped in to make sure power was back on and we were all set. It was great to have a huge yard for the kids to run around and play even if we weren’t down at the lake. This particular lake shore is very muddy, not rocky like most of Beaver, so be prepared for that. The water was down during our visit and a lot of trash and glass on the shore unfortunately. This is nothing to do with the owners/caretakers if the property as the shoreline is government owned, just some good things to be aware of. You have to hunt a bit for a good spot to spend the day on the shore and the water is not near as clear in this area as others on Beaver. Even with the above belong said, we had a great time and would recommend this home for a wonderful family stay!
