Yes, it was dead and yes I did bring i to their attention. My only request was to please have the room double checked and linens changed. Left for graduation only to come back to find that it hadnt been done but the staff was in the hallway so I gave them the benefit of the doubt that it would be taken care of...

“Had to pay a deposit when checking in which wasnt mentioned anywhere when booking it. Advertised HBO and local channels and management said they didnt offer HBO which was Advertised on the sign next to office. The key to the room didnt work to unlock the door, management had to get another key. Several light bulbs were out, bed only had a blanket, no sheets. Ac vent was broke someone had a bar of soap to hold adjustable vent in place. Had meth addicts in parking lot asking tenants for money. I...

“Nothing special as l and not worth the EXTRA $75 they charged me once I got there. No warning about that little gem of a gotcha charge. A basic room across from the gym and bathroom for $375 was ridiculous!! I’ll never stay here again and I’ll warn all who have ears to stay away from this crooked establishment!”
