“We arrived with a half hour left of their dinnertime snacks & drinks; the perso that checked us in was quick to let us know to go grab some free food and drinks He pointed out where they were located and was thorough to make sure that we knew about breakfast, which was very good also. I was impressed, but disappointed that we hadn't stayed in more Drury Inn because we have been traveling for a month. It was very clean and exceeded our expectations in every way.”

“Con mia moglie volevamo trascorrere 2 giorni a Springfield, onestamente mi sono sempre trovato bene con la catena Hilton, questa volta no, presumo che sia un franciasing. Assenza d’acqua per un giorno dalle 8 del mattino fino alle 19, pensate voi quando dovevate andare in bagno- la camera non rifatta. Al momento del check out, nessun gesto da parte del manager- non lo consiglio a nessuno.”
