The ClubHouse

The Clubhouse BnB is a beautiful home located in East Springfield with stunning views of the pristine Hickory Hills Golf Course. The home features a huge backyard entertainment space with two outdoor patios, gas grill, table with an umbrella, hot tub, and a fire pit. Come relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings while having all the comforts of home. This is the perfect spot for a golf getaway, family vacation, extended stay or a romantic retreat.

Inside, you'll find three luxurious bedrooms, a modern fully stocked kitchen, high-speed wifi, smart TVs, laundry room, and a two-car garage.

I was a fun trip! It was in a nice area with a really cool backyard and we loved the hot tub as well!House was super nice nd clean! Bath rooms were super nice as well! Overall was a fun trip and a great place to stay!

The house was spacious, clean, and updated. The king bed was not super comfortable as it was a memory foam, but that may be a preference thing. The house was also super close to the highway, so highway noise is a thing when you are outside. However, you don't hear it when you are in the house. Overall was not a bad stay, and it is 10-20 minutes from everything in Springfield.

Great house.

This house was exactly as described in its listing. It was exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. The fire pit in the backyard was very nice even on a warm summer day. Even though this property is located very close to the divided highway, road noise was not an issue as it is virtually sound tight. If there was one area I would say could use Improvement it would be to beef up the kitchen utensils and cookware. But that is picky it was a great place to stay in the location for our needs was terrific.

Family wedding

We were in town for a family wedding. The owners were great at responding. The house is a great central location for our needs. The house was clean and had great space for our family. The house has been updated and is well cared for. The fenced yard was an added bonus for traveling with our grandchildren. We would definitely stay here again if the need arises.

Great Place

Property is as described and shown in pictures. Quiet neighborhood. Easy access to the interstate and local attractions. One of the beds is a bit low to the ground, which was challenging for my parents who are both in their 70s. But, other than that, no critiques. Check in/out was very straightforward.

The property was clean and close to shops and restaurants. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. There were plenty of towels and toilet paper provided. The only con is that there was a little bit of traffic noise but it was not enough to disturb us. Overall, I would recommend this property and would stay here again.

Wonderful stay

This property was an excellent choice for my group of 6. Everyone loved the HUGE front porch swing. The backyard was spacious and beautiful. The house was spotless and nicely stocked with necessities and even some nice-to-haves, like cut wood to use in the fire pit. Im glad we chose this house and would definitely stay here again.

Overall Amazing Stay

We had an overall great stay. Perfect size for our group with plenty of space. Clean with fun perks of the hot tub and fire pit. Good neighborhood. Hosts were very communicative with quick responses. Very helpful!Would recommmend for anyone traveling to Springfield.

Comfortable Housing

We really enjoyed our stay here. The updates done on this house were well done, especially the bathrooms. The master bed, though lower to the ground than I anticipated, was very comfortable.

Family vacation

Comfortable place for family! Had all the amenities. Enjoyed the front porch swing and hot tub. Spent hours in the swing, napping reading and playing board games. The neighborhood was peaceful with some highway noises. The host was quick with messages and folllow up. Would stay again when in the area.

Great experience/stay

Derek and Summer delivered as advertised! Will definitely make another trip to Missouri to stay with them! The house is in a great location, the information notebook provided gave us great recommendations, and the overall experience was what we expected. Would recommend to anyone!
