“Bourbon Trail Oasis at Boone Farm was a great spot for our family’s getaway. We enjoyed the peaceful quiet located a short drive from area attractions. We visited distilleries, hiked around Mammoth Cave, and had a day trip into Louisville, but were able to come back to the VRBO and simply relax.”

“We stayed at the property while visiting distilleries in the area. It was perfect for us — 2 couples, no kids — each couple had their own bedroom & bathroom. We enjoyed evenings on the deck in back of the house and also having coffee & a quick breakfast on site before heading to our scheduled distillery visits. It’s a quiet, clean house and we enjoyed the rural setting and would book again when we’re in the area. Our hosts quickly responded when we had any questions.”

“The property itself is gorgeous and a great place to spend the day with family. To stay overnight, I wouldn’t say it’s the most family friendly. We were in a 2 room suite with a steep staircase in the middle of the room. The One room with a twin bed didn’t have a door, so we ended up having to have all of us in one room to ensure our toddler didn’t run out and down the steep staircase at night. The homes are older and don’t do much to help with noise, sorry to guests below. Surprised how well...

“I did not stay long enough to make use of the amenities, so I cannot speak on those. I will say that the curtains appeared to cover the window decently however when morning came I found that they did not and the sun was beaming in waking me much earlier than I wanted to be woken up. The other issue I had was that the shower drain was clogged/stopped up because as I was showering off the water level continued to rise in the shower flow until it had covered my feet completely.
