“We ask for a handicap accessible room and they did not have one found out later that it did not exist and it was under construction. We asked to have the second night canceled. They told us we could not do that. We had to ask Expedia . Very unhappy with the entire situation looking forward to a refund.”

The check-in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast attendant was very cordial and congenial.
