Benvenuti a Springville CA, solo 3 ore a nord di Los Angeles e 3. 5 ore a sud di San Jose, ai piedi delle montagne della Sierra. Siamo 90 minuti a sud del parco nazionale di Sequoia e 45 minuti a ovest di Balch Park, sede degli alberi più grandi del mondo.
Questa è la casa perfetta per un grande gruppo, 5 camere da letto, 4 bagni, (3 delle camere da letto sono suite con bagno privato) e molte aree esterne per godere. La casa può ospitare comodamente 10 persone, ma può ospitare di più, ideale per grandi gruppi, matrimoni, riunioni o vacanze in famiglia.
La nostra casa si trova sul 13 ° fairway proprio di fronte alla club house River Island Country Club. Ha una piscina privata, recintata per la sicurezza ed è pronta per il tuo gruppo. Goditi la pallina da bocce, Corn Hole, tonnellate di giochi da tavolo e 2 barbecue (gas e carbon fossato). Abbiamo HD Direct TV con la maggior parte dei canali di film e in ogni stanza un sistema musicale Sonos con Pandora, XM, Spotify e altri servizi musicali.
Abbiamo appena costruito una meravigliosa sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, ping pong, chitarre Darts e tante altre cose divertenti. Questa è una grande stanza con aria condizionata per rilassarsi o semplicemente rilassarsi. È diventato il posto preferito della casa con i nostri ospiti.
L'intera casa è stata recentemente isolata e una nuova unità A / C installata in modo che la casa rimanga alla vostra temperatura preferita.
La cucina ha un grande frigorifero / congelatore con un fabbricatore di ghiaccio e un secondo nella sala giochi, c'è molto spazio per tutto il cibo e le bevande del tuo gruppo.
Abbiamo progettato le aree di vita all'aperto per sfruttare il clima perfetto di Springville. È una casa meravigliosa per il tuo gruppo numeroso. I tee time preferiti sono disponibili per i nostri ospiti.

Siamo situati ai piedi delle montagne della Sierra, quindi è un breve tragitto in auto per vedere gli alberi più grandi del mondo o una giornata divertente esplorando il fiume Tule. Puoi anche vedere alcune Sequoie giganti dal cortile sul retro.
Springville è conosciuta per le persone amichevoli e l'accesso incredibile alla natura. È un posto che vorrai visitare di nuovo dopo averlo provato per la prima volta.

What a great home. We spent most of the day at Lake Success, this place was only 3 miles away, making it very convenient for us. After a day at the lake the family had a great time in the pool and the game room. This place had everything to our stay very enjoyable. Will definitely return.

My family had a blast in the short time we stayed here. There was so much to do here without leaving the house. We were here for a wedding and it allowed my family to be in one place and I will treasure my time here always. The host and property mananger were very nice and communicate quickly. I will gladly stay herr again.

Our stay in Springville was great. We had a group of 10 and the house fit us perfect! We had room to gather and enough space to unwind and recharge. The pool worked out terrific. We are excited to see how the golf course looks in the future. The house had everything we expected and we even had some little frog surprises in the evening that was really cool.

We had a wonderful stay. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We had plenty of space for everyone. The kids loved the pool. We enjoyed breakfast each morning outside on the large covered porch. The location was good. We had a wedding to attend in Porterville and went the other direction for a day in the mountains. We even drove to the coast for a beach day.

Our family of 12 and 4 dogs stayed at this property for Thanksgiving and there was plenty of room for all of us, with plenty to do. We really enjoyed the game room, as it gave my two young kids something to do that didn't involve screens. We also REALLY enjoyed having the golf course behind the house, and since it is currently closed it basically worked out like having a park behind the house that was never crowded. We went out back and chipped some balls, threw some frisbees, and also took our bikes and electric scooters out on the trails. This was probably the highlight of our trip as we like to be outdoors. The one downside that I heard everyone talking about was the beds. We do have some older folks in our group (myself included), and the beds weren't that great to sleep on at night and most everyone woke up with sore backs. The owner should definitely look to upgrade. Aside from this, I would definitely recommend this house to friends, and will not hesitate to stay at again in the future. The communication with the host was great and everything from check in to check out was clearly communicated.

This property has it all from books, games galore and the wonderful pool that we spent many hours in. The house was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The host, Steve, was very responsive to any questions or issues we had. We highly recommend this house as a great getaway for the family!!!

The house perfectly accommodated ten family members of 3 generations for our stay. We took some day trips to Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks, as well as to the Trail of 100 Giants in Sequoia National Forest which were all beautiful. We were able to get back to the house in the afternoons with plenty of time to spare for swimming in the pool. The host was friendly and responsive, and everyone had a great time.

Steve's home was the perfect place for our family to hang out. Our family really enjoyed the pool, the golf course and the layout of the house. The grandbaby was in one wing, and we couldn't even hear when he was up in the middle of the night. The house was spotlessly cleean and everything we needed was there. I would reccommend this home to anyone.

Easy to get to and from wedding venue at Springville Ranch. My only issue was that the sprinklers came on in backyard in the early evening, right when we were trying to play corn hole. Other than that the house was perfect.

Our family stayed in this comfortable Springville home! It was big enough for our two families and had so many added extras. Big tables for breakfast and fully loaded for cooking. Most all bedrooms had bathrooms which was so nice for privacy. The added touches of toileteries was very nice. The home was clean with a country feel which we enjoyed. Located on the golf course it had a beautiful view of mountains. We stayed there as we attended a wedding at the Springville Ranch which was very close by. The owner was so responsive with any questions I had. I highly Recommend this home for relaxing weekend to get away from the busy city life! Thanks again!
