This property was warm and welcoming and very comfortable for our large family. The location is spectacular and we enjoyed the surrounding town and easy access to Mapleton, Spanish Fork, and Payson where our Granddaughter was married. We couldn’t be more pleased with our experience, and would stay here again for sure.

This house was just perfect for what we needed. It had more room than we really needed but was great. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom and there was plenty of room to sit and visit and play games . This was a sibling and their spouses We range in age from 85 to 72. So we just needed a place to hang out and visit.

This was our first ever VRBO rental, and we hope our future stays are even half as enjoyable as this was! Great place for our family gathering.

Safe and quiet area. House is spacious. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend if you have a big group especially with young children. What they ask you to do at check out is not burdensome like some other properties we’ve stayed at. Definitely great value vs staying at a hotel that would require us to have at least 3-4 rooms over the 5 nights we needed.
Beautiful view from the dining area.
