Hotel a Springville

“The property is a one star property at the best. It should not be on Expedia. There is a reason they do not place a picture of the exterior. If they had I would not of entertained the thought of staying. The sheets were stained, there were energy drink cans in the room trash can, the bath sink did not drain and the bed was extremely hard. The ac, microwave and frig were new.”

“Ever though it’s and older place It’s clean everything works as should be! Staff is very friendly!Well lite parking and a very nice Gazebo to sit outside enjoy the evening! Will be staying the again!”

“I liked the very helpful staff, sparkling clean room, bed linens, towels! Quiet rooms!! Bed and pillows excellent, comfy!! The breakfast was ok, excellent coffee, waffles. The eggs, were a tad not real tasting. The bacon, although thin was a tad undercooked. Thank you for a great stay❣️”

“Pros: New TV with lots of channels available. Easily accessible location. Lots of restaurants, gas stations and stores in close proximity. Cons: We had issues when we 1st arrived with the room key card not working. Went back to the office to find we were booked in a different room so new key cards had to be made. The next day my husband went in to see if he could put an ice pack in the freezer in the lobby. They wanted to move us to a different room so we would have a small freezer in the...

“Room was clean and bed was comfortable, which were the most important factors for us. Nothing fancy or luxurious just a basic room. Breakfast was better than expected. Would stay there again.”

“The staff were wonderful. I had a billing problem and they helped solve my predicament. The room was very clean. Absolutely no funky smell. It was obvious that upgrades to the bathroom and carpet were recent. We asked for a downstairs room and got it with no questions. We could park right next to the room. We had comfortable nights during our short stay. The outside of the facility needs some repairs.”

“Love staying here when visiting my kid at MSU. Super convenient location, close to campus and to main restaurants. Staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Clean areas, breakfast is awesome.”

“No staff available. Had to call and wait for them to check in. We entered our room for about 5 minutes then never returned. The room was filthy. Bathroom was filthy with bug in tub. Holes in bathroom door. Beds were dirty with balled up hair on sheets. ”
