“Chrcked out early and still charged for the second day. Paid for the room and still was charged a deposit. Friendly staff but just a lot of shady stuff that wasnt made known before. ”

“Our one night stay was way too short to enjoy the beautiful property. We stayed here for our visit to Letchworth State Park. The Glen Iris Inn was fully booked so we chose this as an alternative. Good call when we visited the inn while in the park we noticed most of the patrons were elderly. I had a small issue with the plumbing at 5am, Jessica and Ryan took care of it immediately. The cottage was perfect. If we ever visit this area again we will be back here but will stay longer for sure.”

“Motel con check-in tramite mail. Assicuratevi di avere un telefono funzionante perchè in caso di problemi dovete telefonare al gestore. Noi abbiamo dovuto chiedere aiuto ad altri ospiti per contattarlo in quanto dalle istruzioni ricevute non siamo riusciti ad entrare in camera. Detto questo il gestore è arrivato in pochi minuti e ci ha fatto accedere alla camera. ”

“It started with waiting at reception for someone to assist in finding out reservation. Once the gentleman gave us our room key we walked into the hallway and it wreaked off cigarette smoke. Upon entering our room the floors were sticky the towels and wash clothes were stained like they were previously used to clean mud off something and it wouldn't wash out. It was stated there would be a continental which turned out to be only coffee. Very disappointing. The smell made me nauseous. I would...
