While the property manager responded to our texts and generally sent maintenance within 24 hours, the property suffers from poor upkeep and temporary fixes. Our issues started at check-in when our entry code failed, and no one answered the phone, forcing us to communicate solely via text. “The location of this cottage was perfect for a beach vacation. Right on the sand and water Beautiful view. However there was no screen on the front door except a torn up cloth thing that did not work so unable to leave the door open to enjoy the beautiful view. Very inconvenient going in and out allowing swarms of flies to enter Bedroom doors did not close. One bedroom had no mirror while the other one had two. Toilet seat in very bad condition. I would return if the cottage was fixed up. I...
