“One elevator out of order, ice machine out of order on my floor, tv guide out of order, ran out of towels ”

La camera aveva un forte odore di cloro, il copriletto era bucato, la doccia era sporca ed impresentabile agli ospiti, l aria condizionata non funzionava, il materasso era molle e scomodo e non c’era nemmeno il frigorifero. Non fatevi ingannare dalle foto sul sito web. ”

“Broken drapery, dirty mirror, low shower supplies, best western banner road lodi ca. Never stay again. Coffee thermos left from day b 4. Would not stay there again.”

“Hotel was ok if you’re on a budget. The pool don’t work, the walls need to be wiped and cleaned. The bathroom curtains need to be changed out. Smelled of smoke. They do have security guard walking around. Just have scetchey people hanging around. They do have food places near by. ”

“I was traveling for business and this is one of the best hotels I have stayed at -- the staff is so accommodating, the breakfast bar is much better than most, good coffee, the rooms are new and have everything you need -- lots of outlets, full kitchen (in the suite that I stayed in), good location, etc. Very clean. They mop the floors frequently and surfaces. It also doesn't have that strong post-covid cleaning smell that so many of these other chains. Highly recommend. It's conveniently located...

“I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund. ”

“The room was so bad that we checked out immediately because the smell was horrific. Room very dirty bathtub multiple large cracks in it towel stained toilet dirty with spots of urine on the toilet seed. By far the office place I've ever seen. I'm requesting my a full refund since we didn't stay in the room and we had to go and rent another room in another hotel because it was that bad”
