Mountain Serenity Meets Luxury

This elevated property has unobstructed mountain views. It is a modern yet comfortable place that is a dream for entertaining and relaxation. Enjoy most gorgeous sunsets from a beautiful back deck that includes a pool.

Hiking, mountain biking, trail running and rock climbing right at your doorstep.

Our home is located 35 minutes from Whistler and just a quick 13 minute drive to downtown Squamish & a 4 minute drive to Squamish Valley Golf Club.

3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home for your enjoyment.
This property, conveniently located in prestigious University Heights, is private and bordered by big trees, hedging and landscaped garden.

This is a place where interior design comes to play. Beautifully appointed, taking style and comfort into consideration.

Upstairs has 3 bedrooms (one king and two queen beds) with master spa like bath and a second spacious bathroom.
The main level includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and a powder room.
A huge two story back deck overlooks the pool and the mountains.

The space will accommodate 6 people in beds; plus there is space to sleep on the comfy couch; or there's lots of room for an inflatable bed.

The home is well insulated, with a gas fireplace and central heating and cooling to ensure comfort.

We provide guests access to our high speed internet, free-onsite parking, free-onsite laundry, BBQ Grill, fully fenced in backyard & pool, and so much more...

We provide guests access to our entire home. Guests can use all levels of our home including the laundry rooms and the backyard space. Our backyard/deck is fully fenced and includes a BBQ grill, pool and great mountain views.

Groceries, pharmacy, restaurants, post office, bike/ski/outdoor stores, yoga studio, gym, coffee shops and everything else you need are located at the bottom of the hill, which is a 5 min drive away or a 20 minute walk.

Our home is located 35 minutes to Whistler and just a quick 13 minute drive to downtown Squamish & a 4 minute drive to Squamish Valley Golf Club.

There are security cameras at the front and the back of the house to monitor for intruders, animals, and guest numbers.

The view is absolutely stunning!!! We went out there for my son’s wedding and the pictures that we got on the back deck were absolutely amazing! The host was excellent in the fact whenever we needed something he would message us back usually within 5 minutes!! The toaster wasn’t working properly and he had a brand new toaster there by the next morning!! It wasn’t too far from town or any restaurants that you wanted to go to!! Highly recommended!

High quality home

Comfortable, beautiful, excellent quality everything, tastefully decorated, one of the best houses we ever rented. Quiet neighborhood, close to several hiking trails. We enjoyed the area as much as this home.

Beautiful property

This was a beautiful property. Perfect for our family long weekend (6 adults, one infant). The property is as pictured, extremely clean and comfortable. Host was responsive and wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

We were here for a mountain bike and climbing trip. Great house with amazing views. Modern lines with hi end appliances. Everything in good working order and incredibly clean. Not too many places you can roll out the front door and be biking on such incredible trails. Short and beautiful drive to Whistler for the bike park days

Exceptional

This place was fabulous. Incredibly clean and comfortable. Decor is stunning. Nicest vrbo we have stayed in. Location is fabulous and central. Walking paths all around the house. Mountain biking right outside the door. The owner was the most responsive Vrbo owner we have interacted with. Cannot recommend enough and we will definitely be coming back. Disclosure, we did not use pool or kitchen really. We were mostly out and about in Squamish. My favorite was that when we left we didn’t have to do anything. Didn’t have to wash sheets or take out garbage or do dishes. This owner understands vacation!

Great stay in Squamish

The property had an amazing view with lots of room for the group. The cupboards were well stocked with spices, utensils, dishes and appliances. Gorgeous deck was a nice place to socialize while enjoying the Mountain View. Beds were comfy Would definitely stay again
