“Booked before it had many reviews and it was too late to book elsewhere. I used self-check in as I arrived after 5pm, and every toilet was out of toilet paper. I wasn’t provided with any until the next morning as there was no one at reception until 11:00 the next day. The room didn’t have a bin either which makes rubbish management difficult.
