“Hot tub jets not working. Should be listed online if not working! air conditioning worked but out dated and loud. Windows opened thank goodness. Carpet smell was horrible! Mattresses stained. ☹️. Would not return.”

“Staff was very helpful. Room was generally clean. Breakfast was okay. A small wet spot in front of the fridge and a bit of a smell were the only problem.”

“The hotel itself was great; the rooms were clean, beds were comfy, was pleasantly surprised the floors were not carpeted. My only issue with the property is the lack of honesty with the housekeeping staff. I forgot a portable makeup mirror attached to the bathroom mirror; I did call the hotel to ask them to ship it to me even if it was paid for by myself. According to the head of housekeeping, the mirror was not found; in my opinion, whoever was tasked with cleaning the room took the mirror...

“Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!”

“Don't stay here! The elevator smells like the worst toilets on earch. Room service is non-existing. The rooms are noisy. Don't be fooled by the pictures. The real thing is nothinh like what is shown in the pictures. We asked for a room service and the only thing they did was they emptied the black and blue garbage bins. Not even the toilet garbage bin or the compost bin by the kitchen sink. Worst hotel experience ever, if this place can even be called a "hotel".”

“The property was great but booking though Expedia was terrible. It started out at $109 and by the time I was checking out it was $170. Even the hotel said I could get a lower rate. I will never use Expedia again. I’m removing the app and telling all my friends”
