“Schickes Designhotel mit sehr bemühten freundlichen Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeitern. Nach dem Checkin mussten wir feststellen, dass die Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer nicht funktionierte. Kein Problem, der sehr nette Rezeptionist stellte uns ein anderes Zimmer zur Verfügung. Die Zimmer (der etwas besseren Kategorie) waren schick und funktional eingerichtet. Obwohl nicht weit von der Bahnlinie entfernt, war das Hotel sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück ließ keinen Wunsch offen, einfach nur gut, vielseitig...

“Great spot for my stay in Andernach. the staff were very helpful and pleasant, check in was quick. There was a good selection of items for breakfast. The room was perfect for my few days in the city. I had a problem with my room card which was sorted quickly by the staff. There were some restaurants nearby and the hotel is only a few minutes walk from plenty of other options. There was a small public car park across the road (filled up very quickly) or a larger one 5 minutes walk away....

“Wir haben ein Premium Doppelzimmer gebucht und bestätigt bekommen. Bei Ankunft haben wir eine Aufbettung bekommen das war nicht in Ordnung. Bei Nachfrage haben wir als Antwort bekommen, wir hätten vorher anrufen sollen. Angeblich stimmen online Buchungen nie überein. Man bucht online, bekommt es bestätigt und dann entspricht es nicht den Tatsachen. Dieses Preis- Leistungsverhältnis war unverschämt. Keine Parkplätze vorhanden nur öffentliche die immer besetzt waren. ”

Schade ist, dass sich vorige Gäste mit Hund sehr verantwortungslos gezeigt haben, so dass ein Aufenthalt mit Hund eingeschränkt werden musste. “Hotel was clean and had breakfast from 6-10 every morning for a purchase. I loved our rooms and bathroom. The place had a cozy atmosphere to it and pleasant view from my window. Each room had a portable fan and I could open the window for a fresh air! First I was disappointed that rooms had no A/C , since we were there in August. But, with windows open letting fresh mountain air in and the fan, I spent a very comfortable night there. ”
