Fabulous two bedroom ground floor apartment located in a gorgeous peaceful residential area just minutes’ walk to the heart of the charming St Andrews. The ideal getaway for friends and family.. All on the Ground Floor:

With a short 5-minute walk to a fantastic selection of shops, bars and restaurants, you’ll have plenty of options for entertainment and dining. Additionally, being half a mile away from East Sands beach provides a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the beautiful coastal scenery. West Sands, as featured in ’Chariots of Fire’, is within a mile away.

The open plan living space is a popular layout that allows for a seamless flow, making it ideal for socialising and spending time with family and friends. This 2 BR, 2 BA property is conveniently located within walking or short driving distance to shopping, dining and golfing options. The property is attractively and comfortably furnished, and every detail and amenity has been attended to. Beds are comfortable! Highly recommend.
