A townhouse that sleeps 8 guests in 4 bedrooms

A luxurious new addition to the Kingask portfolio; Double Green House is an exquisitely fully renovated apartment, situated a mere 2-minute walk to the prestigious Old Course and Royal and Ancient clubhouse, on Playfair Terrace. This modern oasis will appeal to guests looking for a luxury hotel experience in the comfort of their own in-town apartment.

Double Green House is set over 3 floors; entry is via an off-street level main door where you enter to a grand hallway with original, spiral staircase. The living, kitchen, dining area and master bedroom with en-suite are found on the first floor, Master bathroom with deluxe shower over bath can be found mid-way between the floors and a further 3 bedrooms are situated on the top floor (2 of which are ensuites).

This stunning apartment has 4 bedrooms, sleeping up to 8 people in premium beds, which can be configured as either twins or superking depending on your preference. Three bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms and the other bedroom has access to the Master Bathroom.

The apartment is flooded with light and every detail, items of furniture and appliances have been hand selected for guest comfort and enjoyment. Each and every piece is of the highest quality and craftsmanship and every mod con has been thought about. This house has been designed and curated for your enjoyment.

Golf groups, in particular, will be blown away by the proximity to the Old Course, with thoughtful storage for golf clubs and Sky Sports available for catching up on play, when you are off the course.

The best bars, restaurants and amenities that the town of St Andrews has to offer are literally on the doorstep. Further, the famous West Sands beach is just round the corner and St Andrews Castle , Cathedral and East Sands beach only a 5- 10 mins walk away.

Great location, great apartment, clean and neat. Just a perfect place to stay while play golf in the St Andrews area!!!!
