A spacious, centrally located semi-detached house, that offers the right blend of tranquillity and convenience. Located less than a 5 minute walk from the bustling heart of town, you will enjoy easy access to St. Andrew's restaurants', cafe's and famous golf courses whilst still benefiting from the peace and quiet of a residential area.

Upon entering through the private front door, you'll be greeted by a bright and spacious ground floor. The large living area, complete with a flat-screen TV and cosy seating, flows seamlessly into the dining area, creating a perfect space for relaxation and entertainment. Great location for the town.

Lovely comfortable house in a quiet cul de sac with parking and easy access to the town although part of walk is slightly steep. The town and beaches were lovely in warm sunshine. Town was reasonably busy although not crowded. Best to pre book restaurants to be sure of a table.
