No14 nel cuore di St Andrews

No14 è una bella casa recentemente ristrutturata situata nel centro di St Andrews. Siamo a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro città ea pochi passi dall'Old Course, dalla St Andrews University e dalla spiaggia di West & East Sands. La nostra sistemazione comprende un confortevole salotto, una moderna cucina completamente attrezzata e quattro lussuose camere da letto - 3 matrimoniali king size e una doppia (letti a castello). Tutte le nostre camere sono dotate di bagno / doccia, riscaldamento a pavimento, wifi e smart TV.

No. 14 è a pochi passi da negozi, bar e una vasta scelta di ristoranti che offrono cucina locale e globale. La storia della città è tutt'intorno, con un castello e una cattedrale del XII secolo, e un giardino botanico e un museo del golf sono tra le molte altre attrazioni della zona. Questa affascinante e unica proprietà è stata accuratamente sviluppata per offrire uno spazio fresco e moderno, pur conservando il carattere e il fascino dell'edificio storico. La proprietà beneficia di una nuova caldaia che fornisce riscaldamento a pavimento in tutta la proprietà.

La proprietà comprende: -

Piano terra: salotto con comodi mobili in pelle e una televisione intelligente a schermo piatto da 42 pollici. Lo stile elegante e moderno attraversa tutta la cucina completamente attrezzata, con lavastoviglie, frigorifero, congelatore, piano cottura alogeno e cucina a gas separata, lavandino, forno a microonde, bollitore, tostapane, lavatrice e ha un buon numero di basi e unità alte.

Primo piano: la scala centrale conduce al primo piano composto da una camera matrimoniale king size con bagno privato e ulteriore camera doppia (letti a castello) con bagno privato.

Secondo piano: su un altro piano ci sono altre due camere matrimoniali king size, entrambe con bagno privato con doccia.

Great quaint house very conveniently located

We stayed here for a guys golf trip and it was absolutely perfect. Only a 15 minute walk to the ole course and very close to all the bars and restaurants. The house was quiet and cleaned and Rachel really set it up so that we had everything we needed and then some.

Perfect golf trip home base

Outstanding place for a St Andrews golf trip for 4 players. Each of the 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are perfect. Kitchen is very modern and well outfitted. Family room comfortable enough for twice the size and there is a cozy outdoor dining area. Walk to dozens of restaurants and pubs and easy 15 minute walk to the Old Course. We even walked over with our clubs on our backs...so easy.

A great place in the middle of St. Andrew’s. Short walk to the restaurants, 10 minute walk to the Old Course. House was extremely clean and well equipped.

Just what we needed.

As a base for a bride and her family this house was ideal. En suites for all bedrooms, central location, more than adequately furnished kitchen, generous welcome pack…oh and the bottle of champagne to help the celebrations along. We were very lucky in our choice of lodgings and would consider staying here again.

Golf Trip to St Andrews

Overall, condition of accommodations was excellent. One of the beds in upper level did sag in the middle. Also, sounds of seagulls kept people in upper rooms from getting good night sleep.

Saint Andrews Wedding Stay in the Heart of St. Andrews

My appreciation of Rachel welcome complete with milk, coffee, etc. All the appliances worked. The bathrooms were clean and up-dated. The location is terrific - near restaurants, shops, the North Sea, the College, etc.

Excellent location, well equipped and thoughtful host!

The location, the house layout, and the household amenities made it the perfect place for our extended and multi-generational family. We stayed for 5 nights for our daugther's graduation from St. Andrews and it was fabulous! Rachel is a responsive, thoughtful and generous host, providing a lovely welcome basket upon our arrival. We highly recommend this home!

Wedding Weekend in St. Andrews

This property was one of the nicest VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in! My family of my husband, adult children and a teenager came to St. Andrews for a wedding. The house was perfect for our needs. Plenty of room and very well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The location was great, the house was very clean and very updated. The host provided us with breakfast items which was a big help! She also provided a lot of helpful information about the area. We had a fabulous weekend and would highly recommend staying in this house. You won’t be disappointed!

Great location, fantastic house facilities.

We were a group of 8 staying at the property. The communication with Rachel was great from the outset, plenty of local information and recommendations.
