La sistemazione comprende un vestibolo d'ingresso che conduce al ripostiglio / lavanderia con deposito per mazze da golf e altre attrezzature. Questo conduce nel corridoio principale dove sono visualizzati volantini informativi e si trova un telefono. Fuori dal corridoio, ci sono tre camere a due letti ben arredate, una con bagno privato con doccia e le altre due camere che condividono un bagno con doccia. C'è un affascinante murale del più famoso poeta scozzese Robert Burns dipinto sul muro a metà delle scale che conducono al salone / sala da pranzo, alla cucina e alla camera da letto al piano superiore.

Superbo salone con vista panoramica sull'Old Course e porte finestre sulla veranda panoramica. Questa sala dispone di comodi posti a sedere, un tavolo centrale in rovere riprodotto, televisione e video. La spaziosa sala da pranzo fuori dal salone ha due finestre a nord che si affacciano sul Corso Vecchio. Il tavolo da pranzo, dieci sedie, il comò e il tavolo da servizio sono realizzati in rovere riproduzione e sono completati da lampadari di cristallo in entrambe le aree della stanza. Ideale per mangiare se gli ospiti desiderano rilassarsi in un ambiente confortevole. La camera è accessibile dal pianerottolo superiore e ha una porta comunicante attraverso la cucina.

Golfing Break in St Andrews

A fabulous property to stay in overlooking the 17th green and the Swilkin Bridge of the Old Course. Accommodates 4 golfers with ease. Accommodation will easily accommodate 8 although all won't get to watch the tv at the same time (The Masters is on and as we are golfers we were glued!) Wants for absolutely nothing and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Swilken View St Andrews

Fifth stay at the 3 & 4 bedroom properties for our group of golfers. Both houses always excellently presented and maintained, great location for for the town, beaches and of course golf. Owner Kerr and staff look after us, ensuring through our stay all is well, nothing is ever too much trouble. Already looking forward to next year.

Amazing

What a perfect home base for a week in St Andrews. Kerr and Suzanne were an absolute pleasure to work with. Easy to communicate with for the entire time leading up to our trip, as well as personally greeting us when we arrived. I’ll add to this when I have a moment, but you cannot go wrong with Swilcan Ciew!

This was my second stay at Swilken View, and it was every bit as good as the first. The location is unparalleled, the bedrooms comfortable, and the living spaces ample. Can't wait to come back!

Wow! What a fabulous home, location, view - the total experience was everything we hoped it would be and more. If you ever need a place in Scotland to base your buddies golf trip, look no further than Swilken View. The owner was engaged with us the entire time, begining 2 years ago when we made the reservations. AMAZING!

The unit worked out perfectly for us. The unit had all the amenities we could have wanted. Kitchen was very well stocked and appointed. Bedrooms and bathrooms the same. Large dining room and sitting room. Majestic view of the Old Course and St Andrews Links. We hope to be back.

BEST option for golfers!

Swilken View is the ideal property for a group on a golf holiday in Fife. To wake up every morning looking out over The Old Course is just incredible! There is no better location in St Andrews - walking distance to most everything. It appears the kitchen was recently remodeled with great appliances. While it could sleep 8, the 4 bedrooms allowed our foursome each a private room. The laundry room came in handy for mid-week washing. This place was so great that i would plan our next trip around Swilken View availability.

New Year in St.Andrews

Absolutely beautiful house, a stones throw away from Swilken Bridge. A very short walk to the centre of St.Andrews. Highly recommend.

Awesome!!!!!

This has to be the best place to stay in St. Andrews, especially if you are a golfer. We had 4 couples come from NY for a week. Couldn’t dream of anything better. The place was outstanding in every way. Waking up to the view is a hard thing to leave and come home. The house has everything you could ever want. I will recommend this to every golfer I know. And hopefully will be back soon.

Fabulous golfing nest

Swilken View is a truly fabulous place to stay when visiting St Andrews. If you are a golfer, the location can hardly be bettered, overlooking the Old Course and as the name implies, the centuries old Swilken Bridge. The house is spacious and comfortable and exactly as described in the web pages. We all loved it.

Golf lovers dream house

Spectacular location for a golf trip. We had 8 guys and had plenty of room with a terrific kitchen. You will never get tired of looking out the window to the 17th green of the Old Course and the Swilken Bridge.

Perfect location and set up for 8 golfers

The apartment was perfectly set up for a group of 8 golfers. The 3 bedrooms on the ground floor are simply but sufficiently furnished. The primary bedroom is larger with a much larger ensuite. The living room, dining room and kitchen are well suited for a group of 8. The dining room easily accommodates the entire group and the kitchen is abundantly stocked with stemware, plates, bowls, cutlery, pans, etc. There are no issues with cooking 3 meals a day. The manager could not have been more responsive and helpful. We had a small plumbing issue in the kitchen and a plumber was dispatched quickly. The location is ideal with amazing views of the old course. We are already planning a return trip! Highly recommend.

Another great stay at Swilken View

This was our 2nd stay at Swilken View, so there were no surprises other than improvements like the freezer is now up in the kitchen, and the dryer is in the laundry room. Also, the motorized garage door was an improvement. It's a perfect location for a golf group. There was just the two of us, but there's room for loads more. It's a terrific place to watch the first golfers going out at 6:30, and last finishing around 10 pm. If we're able to come back for a 3rd time, we'll do it again!

Fantastic Property for Golf Vacation!

We rented both of Kerr’s properties for an 8 person golf trip. I can’t imagine there is a better place to stay in St. Andrew’s for this type of trip. Our place was spacious and very well equipped. The views of the old course are amazing and the garage was great for storing all of our golf gear. Kerr was very responsive. I highly recommend this property for anyone looking to have a home base in St. Andrew’s.
