“Customer service excellent. Staff friendly & do all they can to make sure your stay meets all expectations. There was a breakdown in communication regarding our room location, however Jasmine sorted this immediately. Jasmine & Harris were amazing as were all restaurant staff. Beautiful hotel with added extras & spotlessly clean. Well worth visiting for a special treat. Bar & restaurant were both lovely to enjoy a drink & delicious meal. “The room was great, very large. Bathroom was also very spacious. It was perfect for our 1 night stay with St Andrew’s just a few minutes down the road. The room was clean and incredibly comfortable, only complaint is the beds were in front of the windows so we couldn’t open them. ”

“No evening meal staff great stupid on line check that does not work for tourists thank god for great staff. Business needs to invest in people and workakable IT system or better still let the staff do it for no cost”

Nella stanza è presente un bollitore, una vasta scelta di tea, cioccolata calda (solubile) e dei biscotti a disposizione dell'ospite. La struttura è nel mezzo di un'area con campi da golf, c'è molta quiete e il paesaggio é suggestivo. Dista da Saint Andrews 14 km. L'hotel offre ristorante e bar. Personale molto sorridente e disponibile. ”
