“not enough toilet paper ,TV was not working”

“Hotel was quiet at night. Grounds were extremely well maintained. Calming environment for my dog.”

“We were in the building with one other guest! It was quiet and very comfortable! The breakfast meal was superb! The young woman that prepared the food was an artist! I have never had an omelet so light and tasteful! The Rose Room had a private balcony, that allowed us to sit outside and enjoy the weather! I definitely will stay there again!”

“The room was clean but had a cleaning odor that caused me to become congested. The air conditioner was loud and barely kept the room cool. Everything else was good. It was fine for a one night stay.”

“Room was ok but the halls were dirty. Evening staff was friendly when we checked. Lost power in our room in the morning - called the front desk and they said they would be right there to fix - never heard back and we didn’t get any power back. Breakfast was not good at all. Waffle mix was running and didn’t cook very well. Only had cranberry juice and water. Eggs were horrible. I will not stay at this location again.”

“We didn’t partake in adult beverages there at the HPI so can't really comment on that. But everything else was amazing. We really enjoyed the stay!!”

“The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. He moved a fily with a barking dog to a different part of the hotel. He also, when we had trouble with the remote for the TV came and helped us manage finding TV stations.”

“Made reservations and paid through Expedia. Arrived and motels is closed for remodeling. Expedia's only response was company policy prohibits refunds!!!!”
