“This property has a new owner who has a lot to learn about operating a "motel". We arrived and were unable to find the owners despite being told in an email to find them at a specific unit. We had no cell service so were unable to call anyone for assistance. When we finally found someone who could call, the number provided in the email was that of the previous owners so no one could be reached. There was no current phone number and no information posted advising guests how to "check-in".

“Owner « relocated » us 24 h prior to arrival, apparently due to a water problem. Wrote me the address of the other property, farther away. Since I already wrote that we were gonna be late, I texted to know if he had informed the other property. No reply.
