“This condo has been updated and was very clean. We had everything needed! There was plenty of space for our group of five. We especially liked the large private patio with lounge chairs and a grill. The host provided very clear communication on check in/ out procedures and the codes needed. Would definitely stay here again if returning to the area!”

“The condo was very well equipped. Kitchen was excellent. Beds were comfortable. Large TV was great for watching basketball tournament. Loved the long walks on the beach. Our grandsons from colorado have been to summerhouse several times and requested that we spend their spring break there. They are 16 and 18. March weather could have been more cooperative but we did have some good weather days. Thank you.”

“My husband and i stayed here for our 20th Wedding Anniversary trip. We were in apartment A. The bed is a double bed and you cannot see sailboats sailing from Apartment A. The yard was beautiful and even more beautiful at night. The sunsets are spectacular. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.”
