Goditi il tuo soggiorno al 1st Street Retreat, un monolocale DOG FRIENDLY recentemente aperto con ingresso indipendente e cortile recintato. La posizione è a 1 isolato dalla spiaggia ea pochi passi da tutti i tuoi ristoranti preferiti come il famoso Taco Shop all'angolo, Mango Mangos, Beachcomber, Café Eleven, Sunset Grille, Salt Life e il miglior gelato di
teste di cono di città.

Sali in macchina e fai un breve giro in auto di 7 minuti nel centro storico e goditi tutto ciò che ha da offrire.


Il ritiro esterno è composto da una doccia esterna che è fantastica dopo una giornata in spiaggia con il tuo cane, barbecue, tavolo e sedie, sedie Adirondack che circondano una buca per il fuoco propano per quelle fresche serate rilassanti che si abbinano perfettamente con un bicchiere di vino. Forniamo anche sedie a sdraio, teli mare e ombrellone.

All'interno apprezzerai l'atmosfera da spiaggia dell'appartamento a concetto aperto con connessione wireless gratuita, TV PREMIUM CABLE COMPRESO HBO, CINEMAX, SHOWTIME, STARZ, nuovi pavimenti per cani, dipinti di fresco, nuove finestre, Nuovo letto king size con lenzuola nuove, un divano con un letto matrimoniale estraibile, cucina nuova di zecca con elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile che consistono in forno, microonde, macchina da caffè Keurig, tostapane, frullatore, secchiello del ghiaccio, piatti, tazze, ciotole, argenteria ecc. Bagno con cabina doccia e tutti i comfort necessari.

C'è un $ 50. 00 canone per cane, è necessario avvisare il proprietario se si sta portando un cane, massimo 2 ammessi.

Great place and great location

We had a great time here! The place was clean and spacious and just what we needed. The location is great, short walk to the beach, right by A1A Burrito Works, and enjoyed a bunch of great restaurants downtown. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Sweet Get-a-way

Our stay was perfect from start to finish. Beach house is within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. Short drive to "downtown" area. Tasteful "beachy" decor was very comforting and had a peaceful ambiance. Pet friendly was a HUGE consideration for us and was a nice size for our special girl. Loved it!

A wonderful getaway

The accommodations were perfect for us and our dogs. Being able to have the back yard to ourselves made it very easy to let our "girls" come in and out as needed. Location right across from the beach was easy access and we had some of the Best tacos from Taco Shop right on the corner, so good we had them both nights :-)

Perfect Property

We needed a place to stay for a few days as we were on our way to Sanibel from Charleston. We had our beloved dog, Ed, with us. 1st Street Retreat was perfect! We were welcomed with all types of “dog themed” decorative details. There was a grassy designated dog area within the fenced in yard. There was even a raised food and water dish inside. It was perfectly located across from the beach, walking distance to restaurants and coffee. And right across from the beach. And it was pristine! Thank you so much!

Adorable 1 bedroom apt, close to beach

My friend and I traveled to St Augustine for a wedding. This 1 bedroom apartment was clean, quiet and very nicely furnished. It was a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants and a coffee shop. We only stayed 2 days but loved it here. Love that the owners allow dogs too. We couldn’t bring ours on this trip but will remember the dog friendliness of this vrbo next visit to St Augustine. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Amazing Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing time with our two small dogs staying at Lisa's lovely flat. It was perfect, especially with the small side yard for our dogs. The home itself is spacious and well kept. We had everything we could need already stocked in the kitchen. And we also got to host some family staying in St. Augustine in the backyard. The grill and space were perfect for a small cookout and it was wonderful to spend the extra time with family. Lisa is also a fabulous host. She shared some great tips and recommended River And Fort for dinner. We ate there on our last night with our family and wow! The food and service were incredible. It was a fantastic recommendation. We also ate at Beachcomber, Kookaburra, and Burrito Works Taco Shop. All three are within a short walking distance and had incredible food. The home is also a short walk to the beach, making it easy to come home as needed. Lisa also provided a beach cart for our beach chairs and other items which was incredibly helpful. We're already looking forward to our next stay.

Fantastic place to stay

This studio apartment had everything you would need. Great location and extremely dog friendly. Lisa has thought of everything that you and your four-legged friends could possibly need. The apartment was clean and the backyard was our favorite place to hang out. Everything was kept extremely clean and neat… Very impressed! We will definitely be returning to this studio apartment.

We love the accommodations and have come for several years. Dog friendly with huge back yard and dog lawn to boot! Lisa, our host, is friendly and very thoughtful in details. We look forward to coming again next year with our fur baby!
