Beach retreat has all the comforts of home. It is a three bedroom one and a half bath. The first floor has one bedroom/office with a queen sleeper sofa and designated desk for remote work. The half bath is off the living room. The welcoming, coastal style open concept living room/dining room has an electric fireplace, coffee and wine bar, boasting a wine cooler and Keurig coffee maker, and queen sleeper sofa. Enhance your entertainment with the 60” smart TV, with Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO/Max annd Disney+ included on all TVs. Wi-Fi is also included via our provided guest password. The kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware, cookware, flatware, glassware, silverware, and utensils, spices, full oven, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, side-by-side refrigerator…everything you’ll need. Go out the sliding glass doors to find a one-of-a-kind treat. First, you will step out into the ground-level of a two level deck! Relax and enjoy the cool ocean breezes while relaxing on the couch, sharing a meal prepared on the four burner gas grill, enjoy the five hole putting course or challenge each other with a corn toss game. The stairs will lead you up to the first deck level where outdoor meals can be enjoyed or step up to the rooftop second level where the sun can be prevalent and evenings serene.

Back inside the house to the second floor, you’ll find the master bedroom en-suite, third bedroom, and loft with an energetic game room flair. The master bedroom opens up to a deck for relaxing and sipping your morning coffee, a king size bed and a 50” smart TV. The full spa bathroom has a separate shower and soaking tub. The third bedroom has a twin bed and 45” smart TV. The loft/game room is fully equipped with a 60” smart TV (with provided HDMI cable for gaming hookups) beverage cooler, central multi-functional game table that allows many games to be enjoyed such as with foosball, pool, table tennis, chess, checkers and much more. Also provided are books for many ages, board games, puzzles and, a puzzle board to keep them organized.

Outside, the pathway off the porch leads to the backyard. The backyard has an outdoor shower to refresh from the beach, with Adirondack chairs, swing and a large umbrella for relaxing on a sunny day, all encompassed by the back-drop of your own private garden.
