Una camera da letto, un bagno, appartamento al piano terra a 2 isolati dalla sabbia bianca di St. Augustine Beach. Elegante, spiaggia e accogliente con arredi e decorazioni nuovissimi. Letto matrimoniale "Cloud like" in camera da letto di grandi dimensioni con due ampi armadi, cassettiera e porte scorrevoli in vetro che conducono al cortile laterale. Comodo divano letto nel soggiorno per la famiglia o i visitatori. Rilassati, respira, fuggi e rinnova. Biciclette, boogie board, ombrellone, sedie di sabbia. Chiminea / pozzo del fuoco e nuova griglia Weber nell'incantevole cortile laterale. Animali domestici di piccola e media taglia ben educati ben educati sono benvenuti. Cantiere e "Hairy Dog" molto amichevole e giocoso vive al piano di sopra e probabilmente vorrebbe fare un giro nel cortile per divertirsi con il cane. Un rifugio perfetto! Una delle migliori posizioni per godersi tutta St. Augustine Beach e la storica St Augustine hanno da offrire.

Very much enjoyed our stay, the apartment was very clean, comfortable and well decorated. The whole process was very smooth. This is our second time staying at properties with this owner and we will definitely stay with them again!

10-15 to downtown, beautiful little neighborhood and property, our dog had the most amazing time with the back yard. Can walk right across the street to the beach. Super dog friendly areas all around including the beaches, very clean and easy process. We only live a couple of hours away and definitely want to come again :)

The place was so nice and perfect for the few days we were visiting for the first time to St. Augustine Florida. It was a perfect spot to walk to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. The amount of supplies they had to the guests was incredible. Can’t wait to go back!

Bubba, our black lab loved this beach cottage with a relaxing patio & nice fenced in yard. Within walking distance to the beach for daily runs. We loved it too - clean & cozy & not far from the town of St. Augustine. We had the best Grouper at Salt Life not far away too. It’s a 10 !

We loved the property, location, and amenities. The house was within walking distance of everything on the beach from food and drinks to the beach itself. It was perfectly suited to our little dog, especially having the fenced in yard. There was the added touch of the Ellis Philadelphia Roast coffee, which we enjoyed every morning. Thanks for a great stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The home was clean and had everything we needed - including plenty of extra towels, pillows, blankets, and beach gear. The location was perfect. It was close to the beach, walkable to coffee and restaurants, and less than a 15 minute drive to everything we wanted to see in St Augustine. We would certainly stay again.

We had a great 4 day stay. Loved the close proximity to the beach! Restaurants were really great! We had a couple of days of rain but we made the best of it. Thanks so much for adding to our ‘get away from Wisconsin cold’ vacay!

Very clean property with all the necessities. Plenty of towels. Pots, pans even laundry deter. Cabinets were well stocked. Unfortunately it was too cold to walk to the beach. We did find some great restaurants in St Augustine. I would highly recommend this property.

Every room was fully furnished and then some. Easy to use washer and dryer and the big screen tv. The ground unit with beautiful gate and fence was easy for my 60 lb. Chocolate lab to roam freely outdoors within the gated perimeter. The tropical plants and trees planted around the unit was perfect for shade and set the mood for relaxation and fun. We enjoyed it so much, I rebooked it for next year.

This is a beautiful ground floor apartment with another apartment overhead. Which means you will hear the people upstairs. Unfortunately there were two toddlers upstairs that ran from end to end and were jumping ALOT. It made for a lot of noise. The apartment was well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. I would stay again, but only in the upstairs unit.

We had the best stay at this property. It's close to many restaurants and Publix. It's a quick 7 minute walk to the beach. Perfect size for the two of us for a weekend getaway. Would absolutely stay again!
