Questa casa a schiera è di 1200 piedi quadrati con due camere da letto, due bagni e un garage privato. Entrambe le camere sono al piano superiore e ognuna ha un balcone privato. La camera da letto principale dispone di un letto king-size; la seconda camera da letto con due letti full-size. WIFI designato in tutto. Cucina completamente attrezzata con molte pentole, stoviglie, posate, ecc. Una lavatrice e asciugatrice si trovano nel garage e disponibili senza costi aggiuntivi. I giardini del complesso di atterraggio Ponce sono meticolosamente mantenuti e dispongono di due piscine all'aperto e una passerella privata per la spiaggia.

Great place. Exactky what we expected

Love the property. Hurricane Milton had other plans for us. We left on Tuesday morning. It was my understanding that a mandatory evacuation was ordered later that day. I would hope that some part of our vacation will be refunded.

Great location, just needs a little refreshing

My wife and our toddler spent four nights here in mid-September. Overall, it was a good stay in a safe location. Positives: You are adjacent to a fun mini golf course and within a 5 minute drive of several amazing restaurants. The unit is right next to the boardwalk out to the beach so you literally cant get any closer to the beach than this unit. The king bed was a very comfy memory foam mattress and there was plenty of closet space. Also, there were tons of towels which is very handy with a toddler. The cable and WiFi were not working when we got there, but one call to the rental company had them up by the second day and the wifi was indeed fast. Less than positives: The garage door does not have a remote, so one person had to get out in the rain every time we came or went from the condo. The living room couch and upstairs patio furniture were ok, but definitely in the twilight of their lifetimes.

Beach Getaway

My husband and I stayed at After Dune Delight while visiting our son who lives in St. Augustine. It fit our needs perfectly. It was exactly as described in the listing. Our favorite part was the beach access - not even a five minute walk from the back patio. We look forward to staying here again soon! Lisa W.

Fantastic Family Fun

What a great way to kick off summer break. Great condo right on the beach, very functional for a young family. Proximity to great restaurants and coffee shops made for a great week away. Walking out the back door to the beach was fantastic.

Easy beach access

This is a great location, only steps from the beach. The view from the upper floor balcony is great and there's food, mini golf, other amenities within walking distance. The pools are also great for cooling off in the midday heat. Great property, very easy checkin and relaxing stay.

Wonderful as always! Place was clean and well stocked. Comfortable beds/sheets/pillows. Only issue was the back door sticks some as the track probably needs oil and the carpet in the living room slips if you step wrong. Had to be extra careful. Otherwise would def stay again.

Great location!

Overall - we were pleased with this property. Location is great, not far from any of the best restaurants nor from old town. We LOVED being right next to the beach access. Made it very convenient to get our stuff too and from the beach. Amenities were also good. Property included more than enough linens! Would stay again!

Just what we were hoping for!

We loved everything about this property. It is our favorite of 4 different condos we've stayed at in the St. Augustine/Jax Beach area in the last 6 years. Perfect location. We loved that unit 8 was right next to the boardwalk to the beach and we liked the use of the garage. Plenty of storage. Spacious rooms. Appliances were clean and in good working order. Previous posts had said something about needing some updates. But that must have happened recently. Nice, new berber carpets. We had everything we needed to make it a perfect vacation. Among other amenities, we rented this one because of the table for 6, so we could enjoy having local family visit us for the day. The property manager, Anna, was easy to contact. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Great place . Walk to the beach right outside your sliding glass door. Pool is close and clean! Close to great places to eat. Try out Island donuts. So good . Yum😄

Beautiful views right on the beach!

Check-in was very simple and Anna was very responsive during our stay. The home itself was in great, clean condition and we had no issues with any of the amenities. The location could not be better being steps from the beach and minutes from restaurants. The views from the patio and balcony were perfect for a morning coffee and an evening glass of wine. We would stay here again and recommend this place anyone else!

Great Location!

I agree with the comments others have made about the need of a deep cleaning & some household repairs. The location is perfect, with the beach steps away, the pool right behind & a miniature golf course right next door! Historic St. Augustine is only a 15 minute drive.

Great Place!

Great location! Needs some up keep. A little wore and dated. But that didn’t bother us. My family had a blast! Great restaurants close. Steps away from the beach. Will definitely come back!

Flooring & ceilings in terrible condition

Location wise I give this place a 10+ pics online do not show terrible stains all over upstairs carpets, ceilings stains and plaster falling down and in general needs very run down appearance. I would not rent this unit again due to the inside condition.BUT if you don’t care about those things location is GREAT!

Ponce Landing Gem

We have stayed at this property and this unit#8 many times in the past. So convenient to the beach, downtown restaurants and nearby shopping. This is a nice place for families and pets. Loved it as always, you won't be disappointed. The property manager is one of the best we have worked with. We will be back!

The property is super dated. I dont have a problem with that. It needs a good cleaning. The bed spreads, recliner, sofa and pillows on sofa stink. Yes the bathrooms, kitchen and sheets were clean. I wouldn't consider this condo pet friendly. Too many rules on where they can go do there business if they can make it there.
