Beach get away with direct neighborhood beach access (pet friendly!).

Perfect space to relax with family and friends. Located in a unique ocean front neighborhood with just a short walk to direct beach access, perfect for kids and pets with no roads to cross. The home features a newly renovated fully equipped kitchen with an open concept to dining and living room, updated bathrooms with all linens and towels provided. Relax on the front deck with custom adirondack chairs or enjoy the backyard featuring a covered dining space with grill to cookout on with wood burning fire pit. Private large outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. Yard is completely fenced in for your 4 legged friends to enjoy with an optional dog door into the house. Neighborhood is close to many great restaurants near the beach but also conveniently located to downtown historic St. Augustine and all it has to offer.

We had a short stay to enjoy the beach for a couple of days. It was so nice to have a community private access and not have to cross A1A to get to the beach. The community was quiet and peaceful. Even on a Saturday, the area was not crowded. The house was cozy and the kitchen was well supplied with all the kitchen appliances and gadgets you would need as we usually do our own cooking since we have a large family.

Perfect Location for beach and historic st Augustine!

This place is perfectly situated within a very short walk to beach access used only by those in the neighborhood and a short drive to the historic areas of St Augustine. Spacious bedrooms rooms, enough space for 8 adults to hang out comfortably, and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy the weather!

What a sweetlittle place!

There were so many wonderful things about this house, like falling asleep to the sound of the waves, and the comfy living/ dining area, and things it was unfortunately a little chilly to do like eat outside and use the outdoor shower. Loved it, next time I'll stay longer!

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We recently stayed at this beautiful beachfront property and had an absolutely wonderful time. The location is fantastic, with stunning views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. We (and our dog!) had a great time

We thank our host for a great stay. The house was just as described--we loved the deck out front, the quiet neighborhood, easy beach access, and fantastic showers! The beds were comfy, the decor cute, and our dog loved being able to run around the backyard. We would recommend and stay again!

First St. Augustine Visit

The house is located in a great neighborhood with access to a beautiful beach. It was also very dog friendly. Although maybe in need of some backyard landscaping so all of the sand is not brought into the house. Maybe some pea stone? There was good communication with the owner when a minor issue came up. The house needs a good deep cleaning, some furniture upgrading, and is in need of more silverware. Otherwise the kitchen is well stocked for cooking/eating.

Amazing Beach Home

We are truly grateful to the owners of this home. They thought of everything. Our family had an amazing stay, we walked to the beach that is right down the road. Home is fully equipped and beautifully decorated, we felt right at home. Extremely clean!! Very happy with our choice. Thank you so much for making our little stay special. **if there one thing I would add tot he kitchen is a potato peeler** but other than that thank you so much!

Great house and perfect location for a beach stay

House was great and really loved that they had it decorated for the holidays. They even had a Christmas tree which my grandkids loved. Will definitely stay again if back in the area. Hostess was great to work with too. Very responsive.

They thought of everything!

We had 3 adults, 3 college age “kids”, 1 teenager, and 1 dog come for a thanksgiving weekend getaway and had the best time. Kitchen and bathrooms were fully equipped with everything you could need. Close walk to the beach and quick drive in to downtown St Augustine. We all want to come back and stay here again in the summer when we can enjoy the beach more. Thanks Shannon for a wonderful place to stay!!
