Beachy Townhome ~ Pet Friendly ~ Steps to the Beach!!!

The location is ideal! Coastal Cottage unit A provides everything you need to take advantage of this great location. Located on Saint Augustine Beach's B Street, this townhome is just 4 homes off the beach and is the perfect beach getaway.

This iconic Key West style duplex has everything you need to create lasting vacation memories. There are 2 bedrooms and 1 1/2 baths. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed. The second bedroom also has a king-sized bed. Both bedrooms are upstairs along with a full bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room which brings the total occupancy up to 6. Prepare your meals in the well-appointed kitchen. There is also a half bath on this floor. Our home is beautifully decorated, has a screened in patio on the first floor and a balcony off the master bedroom which is perfect for sunbathing! Stay connected when you need to be with flat screen TVs and Wi-Fi access!

Take in an Atlantic sunrise without ever leaving home. Enjoy the ocean breeze while you recline on the couch. This St. Augustine vacation rental has an outside shower and is pet friendly!

Coastal Cottage is also ideal if you have other family or friends accompanying you as there is an identical unit next door that be rented separately!

Saint Augustine Florida is the nation’s oldest city, and aside from the AMAZING beach, we have amazing historical attractions and tours. Spend your mornings at the beach, head downtown in the afternoon, and take in Ripley’s Believe It or Not museum, the Castillo de San Marcos, The Alligator Farm, Fort Mose State Park, or stroll amongst Pirates on Saint George Street.

Saint Augustine is also in a nice central location for quick day trips to Jacksonville, Ocala, Daytona, Orlando, Lakeland, and Tampa / St. Petersburg. Perfect vacation stay if you have kids!!

We loved staying here! It was easy to walk to the beach and restaurants with my 3 and 9 year old. Ice cream and Putt Putt are close too! Perfect family vacation with kids!

Perfect location..

This was a great location on a quiet street. The beach was only steps away at the end of street and a short drive to everything else including historic old town. Everything we needed was at the condo. I plan to vook again next summer!

This house was perfect for our needs and wants!! Directions from the host were clear. No problems with checking in and checking out. Great space and storage in the bedrooms, comfy beds. Bedrooms have ceiling fans that kept the rooms cool. Extra fan in the closet too. Full bathroom upstairs and then having the half bath downstairs was perfect for our family. Good outside space. Loved the back porch and deck. Garage had extra beach stuff too. Lots of towels and beach towels. Kitchen had everything! The house is on the beach side of A1A with an access a few houses down. Close to the local beach restaurants and bars, all walkable. Grocery stores are a 5 minute drive. Downtown St. Augs is a 10-15 minute drive. (Only suggestion, black out curtains with the room for the sliding glass door to the deck? Sunrise makes it difficult to sleep in, lol) We hope to visit again, thanks for having us!

Great Location, Great Beds, Great Kitchen, Great Beach Steps Away

My second year staying in this property. My only suggestion is to simplify the TV. The place needs over-the-air or direct pay TV access to the major networks. At 2K per week that's not too much to ask. Also, remove that stopper from the back screen door, that thing would drive anybody nuts.

Spring break

Location is perfect!!! We love how quiet 11B Street is. The walk to the beach is close and easy. Short walk to Beachcomber, Mango Mangos and several breakfast/lunch restaurants. Clean duplex. Carpet could be updated.

Great Place by the Beach

My mom and I absolutely loved staying at this duplex. It was very convenient to the beach (just a few steps) as well as several restaurants. The balcony is nice for enjoying a meal or sitting out to read. The unit is spacious enough and pretty quiet as well. Everything was clean and well stocked. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Best place to stay in St Augustine Beach

This was our second year staying here for 2 weeks during January or February. We love the location to the beach--just a few houses down and your are there!! Also great location for all the restaurants in town--many of which you can walk to. The condo feels bigger than stated since it has 2 floors and a nice screened in porch. Having two rooms each with a King bed was great!! We also loved the deck off the primary bedroom--lovely to sit and drink coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. We will definitely book again. One minor request would be if the largerTV in the primary bedroom could be switched with the smaller TV in the living area. But otherwise, this is a 5 star for me. We had problems with the AC unit while there and it was taken care of immediately-- within minutes of my phone call!! Great response. I love this place.

Mother daughter spring break

My daughter and I spent her senior year spring break together at this location. Being past residents of St. Augustine we were very familiar with this location and knew it would be just perfect for us- close beach access, walking distance to stir it up, beachcomber and Kookaburra. The neighbors were very friendly. Everything about this place was perfect and we would return for another stay without hesitation!

Wonderful stay in St. Augustine

Great location

The rental was nice. It is not new but adequately maintained. Plenty of towels. The kitchen was well appointed. Liked that I could let my dog out in fenced in yard. Only steps to the beach. Would stay here again.

Convenient, Clean, Comfortable

Enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable home, conveniently located near the beach, restaurants and shops. Short distance to St Augustine while far enough away from the crowd to enjoy the peace and relaxation of the beach vibe and sounds of the surf. Host was very responsive, providing efficient and timely communications. Will be happy to return for future visits.

Best Beach House ever!

We look forward to going back again. It’s absolutely the perfect beach house! We brought our bicycles and enjoyed riding to all of the nearby local joints for a meal/ ice cream. The beach is a short 2 minute walk!! The kitchen has all your needs! It’s cozy, the beds are comfortable and there were all the necessary items on hand, Even a bag of ice in the freezer! We felt quite accommodated. Thank you!

Cute and comfortable, great cooking tools

We had booked unit A, when we arrived there was a double booking mix up, and our unit was booked. Communication was not stellar, most likely due to it being a saturday and holiday weekekend, however VRBO connected us with someone, and we were promply placed in unit B. The unit was very nice, clean, lots of linens, and a fully stocked kitchen! The location is stellar, the beach and some restaurants all within walking distance. Beach toys were an added bonus. Although we had a little bit of a struggle checking in, and we got a different unit, we still enjoyed our stay here. Unit B has a much smaller upstairs porch, but otherwise great unit, and would book again. I have stayed in several places over the years, this unit by far had the best kitchen supplies, and made the stay easy
