Le nostre ville si affacciano sull'oceano su una delle spiagge più belle di tutta la Florida. Ocean Breeze è di nuova costruzione, con tutti i comfort di casa (elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, granito, armadi in acero attraverso -3 plasma Hdtvs, wifi e via cavo. Questa villa ha 3 camere da letto (King, Queen e 2 singole). Siamo amici al 100%, il tuo membro della famiglia a quattro zampe adorerà la bellissima spiaggia. Le nostre ville sono state progettate da decoratori Adobe, uno dei principali designer di Saint Augustine. Ocean Breeze sarà la tua casa lontano da casa. Esci sul tuo balcone privato e goditi le viste mozzafiato sull'oceano! Al mattino, osserva l'alba e i delfini divertirsi nel surf. Ocean Breeze è perfetto per le attività in spiaggia o per godersi le passeggiate al tramonto lungo le nostre bellissime coste. Nelle vicinanze, troverete molti ristoranti eccellenti. Inoltre siamo a breve distanza in auto dal centro di St Augustine, dove troverai molte attrazioni e i nostri negozi caratteristici. Ti sentirai a casa non appena varcherai la soglia! This place fit our family of four’s needs great. Plenty of space and well equipped. Beds were comfy and the 2nd level porch was very relaxing in the afternoon. The beach was so close and right by a lifeguard stand, which we appreciated. There was one maintenance item that we brought to Glenn’s attention and he was very receptive about getting it handled. We’d be happy to stay again!

Beautiful 3-bedroom walkable to ocean. We had a wonderful experience and Glenn was a great owner to work with. He made sure we were all good and was available and responsive as needed. Everything was set up very nicely. Great owner to rent from for sure!

Amazing as always!!

We are repeat vacationers at Glenn’s place and will be back again soon! The house is amazing-always has everything we need, PLENTY of space, we sleep great, easy easy walk down to the beach. And dealing with Glenn is always great. He communicates well and goes above and beyond to be accommodating and make your stay stress free from booking all the way to check out. Can’t say enough good things about vacationing here!!

Very clean and well stocked property. Check in was a breeze and host was super accommodating and property is great! very close to the beach, easy walk and this beach drive on and easy access. Location is superb! Looking forward to staying with this host again.

Can’t wait to come back!

Our stay was exactly what we were hoping for! It had the right amount of small beach town vibes! Perfect getaway from busy days at work. I cannot say enough about our host Glenn who not only responded to any message I sent, but had everything we would need in the home for us. It felt so welcoming and clean. We all enjoyed morning walks on the beach, evening dinners in the kitchen, and the short drive to see the Night of Lights. The neighborhood was also very friendly. We will be back!

Perfect!

We had the best time at this beautiful beach house at butler beach. The house was well equipped with everything we needed and we loved the location. Glenn was so hospitable and checked on us throughout the week. Such a great trip, we will definitely return.

Great house!!!

We had the best time at Glenn’s property!! The house was perfect for our family of four and our dog. Plenty of space for everyone, walk to the beach was super easy and the neighborhood was very quiet and relaxing. The house had everything we needed and then some and we felt right at home. Glenn was great to work with and always responded very quickly. Will definitely continue to stay here for vacation.

Butler Beach Stay

This house was the perfect place for our stay. We had 6 people and felt like we had plenty of space. We loved being able to walk to the beach and it was close to everything we needed to get to. Glenn was great about communicating as well.

Heavenly Beach and Super Stay

We stayed for a month in March and thoroughly enjoyed tit. The property was very comfortable, well equipped and just around the corner from one of the best beaches in the world. We loved sitting on the upstairs balcony with the ocean view having coffee in the morning or a cocktail in the evening. The back porch was great when it was too windy in the front. Close to all the attractions.

What a fantastic place! And dog friendly too!

We’ve rented a pretty good number of beach houses, but this one was by far the best. On first entering, it was immaculate, smelled great, looked great. It’s obvious it’s well taken care of. It was so nice having the large, well equipped kitchen to work in. Everything we needed was there. Three bedrooms upstairs, with the master having a huge king bed and an “en-suite” bathroom (obviously pretty newly remodeled as well) with a very nice walk-in shower. The master opens up to a balcony from which you can watch the waves on a very nice beach (and you can drive in the beach). Back downstairs, a very large tv and comfy couch and chairs too! Backyard was perfect for the dog. Lots of stuff to do in the area plus great shopping and great food. It’s St. Augustine of course, so there’s the historic district to visit as well. Our host, Glenn, couldn’t have been nicer. Very responsive and amazingly fast to get back with answers to questions. And, we enjoyed it so much (a one month stay) that we rented again for next year!

Fantastic visit

We had a wonderful visit. The property is comfortable and clean and the location is excellent beautiful neighborhood clean right near the beach. We walked our dogs on the beach every day just around the corner.

Great Stay

We visited with family, St. Augustine downtown, Took walks on the beach, and drove to State Parks. Nice to come home to comfortable and spacious VRBO.
