Le nostre ville si affacciano sull'oceano su una delle spiagge più belle di tutta la Florida. Ocean Breeze è una nuova costruzione, con tutti i comfort di casa (elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, granito, armadi in acero in tutto, 3 televisori al plasma HD, wifi e cavo. Siamo amichevoli al 100%, il tuo familiare a quattro zampe adorerà la bellissima spiaggia. La nostra Le ville sono state progettate da decoratori Adobe, uno dei principali designer della Florida. Ocean Breeze sarà la tua casa lontano da casa. Esci sul tuo balcone privato e goditi le viste mozzafiato sull'oceano! Al mattino, osserva l'alba e i delfini si divertono nel surf. Ocean Breeze è perfetto per le attività in spiaggia o per godersi le passeggiate al tramonto lungo le nostre bellissime coste. Nelle vicinanze troverete molti ristoranti eccellenti. Inoltre, siamo a breve distanza in auto dal centro di St Augustine, dove troverai molte attrazioni e negozi caratteristici. Ti sentirai a casa non appena varcherai la soglia! This was a fantastic location, a block from the beach which allow dogs. The villa was as advertised and was extremely well stocked from the kitchen utensils, paper goods, and even a beach wagon, chairs and canopy. Neighborhood is very quiet and low traffic. Easy commute to downtown St. Augustine and SA beach. Glenn, the host, quickly responded to questions and made sure our arrival and access was quick and easy. We shortened our stay, following the guidelines, days were changed almost immediately and received the refund in less than a day.The the communication, Villa and location was the best! 10 on a 1-10 scale!! We are planning a return visit already, Thanks Glenn

With the title it is not a lie, it was very close to the beach to where we could sit on the balcony and drink some coffee watching the ocean. It was the perfect place for the family to stay in a great area close to stores!

This home is so comfy with great view of the ocean from the upstairs porch. Nice yard for our dog, close to the beach, shopping and restaurants in all directions.Glenn is so helpful and responds quickly to any questions.

This is by far the best home we have stayed in since coming to St. Augustine every winter. The kitchen is well equipped. Living room and dining areas comfortable.The best part of the home is the master bedroom and bathroom. Spacious and inviting. Loved the balcony off of the master bedroom.The two guest bedrooms and bath are also great.Through out the home there are large closets that were very handy.On clear evenings the walks to the beach provided a spectacular display of the stars. Could even see the Milky Way!Loved this home.

Great beach rental with easy walk to two different beach access. Grandparents, parents and children friendly. canine as well. Nice beds, 2.5 baths, laundry and 3 porches. Adequate parking, a little tight but do-able. We'll return again.

The communications were fantastic, the accuracy of property was good, and had a great time decompressing. There is plenty to do and see in St. Augustine. The internet could be better as there were times streaming was challenging.

Property was very clean and well taken care of. Owner was very responsive to questions and very accommodating. Short walk to the beach made it easy to walk back and forth to make lunches without everyone having to pack up and leave. We have never been able to take our fur babies with us.. so that was a nice treat❤️

I can't say enough about this house. Everything is as described. We loved all the outside decks to sit on. Beds were comfortable. The whole house was spotless. We didn't have a single issue but Glenn was easy to get in contact with. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and the beach was not crowded and beautiful. We hated to leave and can't wait to go back!

Large cottage, very clean and modern So close to the wonderful wide beach where you can walk for miles. Our dog loved it. The area is very quiet, the kitchen is well stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay Michelle,Robert and Zoe

We loved our time so close to the beach…the dogs loved it too and the house was perfect for our escape from the cold. Glenn was super responsive, the house was clean and you cannot beat the location. It was everything we needed and we will be back.

We have a new year tradition to meet in Saint Augustin for many years. This is going to be our place for all the future gets together ❤️ Best location for both activities- beach and old Town, eating out or stay at home and have some long walks by the ocean after dinner. Private beautiful white sand beach is a sweet cherry on a top of good price and nice communication with owner. Thanks Glenn for your hospitality!

This was our first trip as a family ever and the house was amazing! Glenn was very helpful and all our questions were answered quickly. We did have a little mishap but Glenn was very understanding about it. Would recommend again and will definitely book again! ❤️

We couldn't have asked for a better beach house. It was a two-minute walk to a beautiful, wide, dog-friendly beach. The house was spotless and had everything we needed. The owner, Glenn, was so kind and helpful. This will be our go-to home away from home when we are in the area.

Very clean, roomy, and conveniently located just around the corner from an awesome beach! The walk to the beach is only 2 very short half-blocks, with no traffic or busy roads to cross. And plenty of restaurants a short drive away.

This location is perfect for a family vacation. The house was spotless and just a short walk to the water. By short walk I mean, my two year old did it comfortably while I pulled the provided wagon with beach chairs, short. Glenn was a pleasure to rent with. He was quick to respond to questions and made sure we were all set on check-in day. 10/10 would recommend!
